The Secret to Immortality is Simple

Weekly Message from Mikos in the Hollow Earth for 1 April 2009 

Greetings, it is Mikos, residing in the Hollow Earth, in the City of Catharia, way down below the Aegean Sea off Greece’s mainland. This is the focal point of our abode, and where you can physically find me, if you could physically go down to the depths of the Ocean and then continue about 800 miles deep. Here we reside in peace and comfort and abundance and great wealth of health and body and spirit. For living so deep inside the Earth has given us all we could ever dream of including our Immortality. 


Living in peace is the secret to gaining Immortality, and we invite you to try it. You would enjoy it. No clamor, no wars, no hardships, just pure delight and joy in each moment of each day – and it lasts forever. How blessed we are to have discovered this secret, for this is the secret of life. It is so simple, once discovered. 


Just live in peace with one another and you have everything you could ever dream of, including your being with us. Yes, we can meet physically with you, when there is peace on Earth’s surface, but not before. So, strive to live peacefully with each other, and start with your biological family, and then spread your love out to your community and then to your nation and then to the whole Earth, and then assuredly we will magically appear before you, in our physical forms of radiance. Yes, our cells radiate our Light and it is very visible to the eyes. Once you are living in a peaceful state on the surface, you too will be radiating this Light from within your cells, and this light will encompass all around you and you will Light up the surface for all to witness. 


And then there will form a great conclave of Beings from other dimensions and other star systems who will celebrate your climb into Light, and you will be formally accepted into the Confederation of Planets once again, for regaining your Light Status. What a moment in time! You will achieve this, this we know. But why take so long? Do it now. It can happen in the twinkling of an eye, since time does not exist. Just make up your minds that you intend to live in peace, and it shall be, and the whole Universe will support your intention. It is not a mystery…It is your intention. It is simple, isn’t it? It is only your governments who have purposely made it so complicated by devising wars to entangle and control you. For they know that in peaceful conditions you would rise in consciousness and find your Self, and merge with your Higher Self, thus gaining your Immortality. And this would put them out of business, and they would lose their hold on you and would have to leave the Earth plane enmasse. So let them leave! 


You do this by being the peace you wish to create and spreading it out to all around you. Could it be more simple? As you rise in consciousness, you will find that most mysteries in life have simple solutions. Whatever you want to achieve, just ‘be’ that achievement and it will effortlessly come to you, because you are already radiating that frequency of what you want to attain, so it has to come to you once you have identified with it ‘as you’. It has nowhere else to go but to you – its vibration then matches yours. Simple? Yes! 


So you have to become actresses and actors, don’t you? You have to play and live the part you want to create in your role on the screen of your life – and it is your life and you are the actors, so play your part well and your dreams will all come true. It is only up to you. No one can fill in for you to play your part on the screen of life, only you can. 


So dream your life away…it is the quickest route to Immortality. We await you there. I am Mikos, good day.

We don’t have the fluctuating weather factors here that you have on the surface, because we live in a state of Immortality, and in Immortality all is perfection. So this is the aim of humanity – to reach this state of Immortality where all problems become instantly solved – voila – nothing to ever complain about again. It is magic, pure and simple. 10 Steps to Contact Your Inner Being

Each of us is connected with the Divine. The Higher Self within us far transcends the understanding of our conscious minds. This is the power that all the great geniuses and teachers have ascended to. Also, it is the place of magic and miracles in our lives. Here are the steps to get it back:

1. The first step is to Believe that you have a Higher Being who communicates! Then expect that this communication will improve each day, as you focus diligently on inner growth. Without these two essential prerequisites, it is difficult to achieve anything in life, even at the physical level. These two qualities are essential to domestic growth. So set a Goal to achieve contact with the Higher Self, review that goal every day and keep your purpose with determination until success is yours.
2. Transform Your Worldview. We are primarily educated in a materialistic world view that denies the role of the Spirit. To establish a close contact with spiritual realms, we need our entire being - conscious and subconscious - congruent with our goal. In any activity or game, you have to set the rules and how you play. Contact with your Higher Self is the same. Therefore, written or teachers looking to expand your understanding of the universe, primarily as a realm of Consciousness and Mind.
3. Aloneness. Find time for yourself regularly, which can be totally alone. It is preferable to a quiet place. Just sit quietly with no expectations. Do nothing. This may seem awkward and strange at first. Persist. You are giving time and space to the inner voice for listening. It will either happen during that quiet time, or during the day's events. A synchronistic event might occur, someone telling you exactly what you need to hear, or you'll get a flash of intuition. All the great geniuses of history have been having a regular time of silence and solitude for themselves. You should too.
4. Meditation. In meditation, you work to discipline your mind and silence the internal chatter that always fills it. You create a pure vessel to receive the Higher Self. Following your breath is an excellent meditation discipline, as is gazing steadily in a flame (Tratak). Or visualize a golden ball of light in your Solar Plexus that fills your whole body with energy and healing. There are many practices that you can study and use.
5. Journal. Record your feelings, emotions, dreams and insights every day in a journal. This will help you get into closer contact with your deep intuition. You can ask questions to your Higher Self here, and then record any answers or insight you receive. If you do this regularly with belief and expectation, you will get the answers you need.
6. Internal Dialogue. Drive a regular inner dialogue with your Higher Self. Over the next 40 days, decide to stay in touch throughout the day. Tell your Higher Self "I know you're there and want to meet and get attention. Please guide my life." Do not worry if this dialogue is entirely one way at first. Remember that you've been out of contact for decades. It takes time to clear the cobwebs! Persist with this inner dialogue as if talking to a friend, talking, asking questions, sharing your hopes and begin to hear the answers.
7. Life Lessons. See life as a Mystery School. All your life events, situations and people, have been structured precisely in order to teach you exactly what you need to know now. Take life as if all creation were conspiring to your benefit! When something happens in your life, for better or worse, ask yourself what is the lesson for you. Even unpleasant people or situations have been deliberately placed there as a challenge to help you grow. When you start seeing your life as a work in which you're playing the lead role, the Higher Self will become increasingly evident in your life. Record your findings in your journal. 
8. Dreams. Expect your Higher Self to speak to you in dreams. Before bed have some stretch and relax your body completely. Ask your Higher Self something and wait for the answer. When you wake up, remember what you can from your dreams and write in your journal. If you're not used to remember your dreams, this will take time and persistence. However, with patience, you will begin to remember your dreams AND receive answers from your Higher Self. 
9. Consciousness. Focus on living more and more in the present, in the NOW. When you're eating, be aware you're eating. When you walk, know that you are walking. The only real moment is Now. The past is gone forever and the future has not yet arrived. Therefore, work on clearing your mind of concerns, illusions and extrapolations. Limit the chatter of the mind and create a space for the Higher Self.
10. Patience! Remember, you have spent your entire life without contact with the Source. Therefore, it takes time to learn how to re-establish contact. Everything worthwhile takes time and practice. Be vigilant and practice these steps every day, and you'll get the answers you need. Remember: The Higher Self wants to be in contact. In fact, just talking to him as someone separate from you is contradictory. The Higher Self is you! Your True Self. So get in touch with you!

Matching Your Frequencies With Desires

Message from Archangel Michael by Carolyn Ann O’Riley

Greetings and Welcome, My Beautiful Beings of Light. Lineal time is whizzing faster and faster; perhaps you have also noticed that time can also feel like it is standing still. Time can also blend and disappear. 


Funny thing time……it isn’t needed in other dimensions. Do you think time was invented so that the story of Alice in Wonderland could add a white rabbit character that was obsessed with time? (Just a little Angelic Humor) 


The Creator has sent you a beautiful Pearlescent Pink Love Wave to wrap ever so gently around you. Close your eyes and allow this Divine Gift to fill your Essence with The Creator’s Divine Love. Accept this warm feeling of being hugged by The Creator for it truly is the desire of The Creator to have you enjoy this wonderful love exchange. 


 My Beings of Grace, did you know the more open and clear you become the more your frequencies or vibrations will match up with your desires. Have you been wondering why you have been practicing the Law of Attraction, but not really understanding that it is all about frequencies or vibrations along with feelings and emotions? 


My Beloveds, attraction is about frequencies. Say, for example, you have a vision board put up and on it is a picture of a car. Your current frequency must rise to attract the financial resources or gifts for the car. Once those resources have been manifested, your frequency level then must rise to the same frequency level of the car in order for the two of you to come together. 


Oh yes, there are other things to consider, such as your contract that you and your Heavenly Advisers created before you incarnated into this lifetime. Yes, there are Angelic presences in human form among you that don’t necessarily conform to the frequency matching information, but for the most part you need to remember how to work with frequencies and feelings and emotions. 


Let’s say you wanted to start a new business, but thus far have not found the contacts or resources to manifest that dream. It is due, My Beloveds, to vibrational or frequency miss-alignment or this business adventure may not be within your Master Life Contract that you drew up before incarnating into this lifetime. 


The way frequencies or vibrations work, My Divine Beings of Light, is that your signal must match the signal of those with similar desires in order to attract them into your life. If you were a radio station and your channel or frequency is 102.5 on the radio dial, whoever you are trying to attract must also be vibrationally resonating to 102.5 on the radio dial, for you to meet up and start your business project. If this person that you are to connect with fits into your Divine Contract and it is for Highest Good, but this person is registering at a frequency of 102.8 you will miss each other entirely. 


Think about it. Your current circle of friends and acquaintances are resonating within the same frequency levels that you are; that is why you are together. Your current life circumstances are drawing and attracting to you whatever your current vibrational level is. 


My Divine Beings of Light, if you are not happy with where you are at in your life, then you must work to raise and maintain your frequency level to attract better options and opportunities for yourself. 


The next question is of course, how do you do that? The answer is, simply raise your vibrations. If you look at your attitudes, personalities, emotions, feelings, morals, and character, you will find a clue to how to unlock a change. Then, look at your circle of friends or acquaintances. 


The vibrational scale declines with the negative and rises with the positive. 


Look at yourself and begin analyzing where the negatives are within your life, and then with you as a personality where are your negative characteristic showing? The next steps, My Divine Beings of Grace, are to ask yourself questions like, is it a negative attitude you have about yourself. 


My Beloveds, for example, if one doesn’t love oneself, how can you then attract someone who will love you. The person in the un-self-loved state, typically ends up attracting someone that will further degrade oneself as a human being. This attraction of a more negative nature will further pull down the vibrational level of the one seeking the love. This type of vibrational review can also answer many questions such as why one is attracting circumstances into their life that they do not like or want or that can even be harmful. 


One could even think of this in terms of magnets. Look at what materials or what must happen for a magnet to cling onto another magnet or metal surface or something that is magnetized. 


Allow this Messenger to take you on a meditation journey to further assist in helping you understand and learn to raise your vibrations. 


Arrange yourself in seated position or lie down so that you are comfortable. Keep your legs and arms from crossing if at all possible, as this blocks the flow of energy. Cover yourself with a light blanket if you chill easily. We want you comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within yourself through meditation. 


Close your eyes and take a comfortable deep breath, then comfortably exhale as hard as is possible. With each in breath, you are breathing in love and renewal. With each out breath, you are breathing out fear, frustration and doubt. Take another comfortable deep breath in and comfortably exhale; just letting all the stress go. Take another comfortable deep breath in and then just exhale letting it all go with a sigh as you are breathing out all frustrations of the day. 


Feel your body relaxing from the top of your head down to your toes. Give yourself permission to feel the calm and peace. Your muscles are feeling loose and limp, so relaxed, so deliciously serene, so wonderfully lazy. 


Direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate. If it helps you to visualize your ego self by identifying it as a symbol or as an object please do so. 


In your imagination ask through prayer for The Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by praying mentally something like this “My Creator, I AM asking for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up, so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. I am protecting myself, My Creator, from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. I am thanking you in advance, My Creator, for assisting me by sending this Ray. I am visualizing the ray in my imagination now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. It is entering into my physical form, permeating all that is within my I AM presence.” 


The Creator has responded to your prayer and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray plus Two Golden Fluid Rays and an Emerald Green Ray for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel; permeating throughout all of your etheric energy fields & physical vessel and into all corners of the actual area that you are meditating in. The rays then are exiting through your Crown Chakra. The Rays are returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop. These protective therapeutic rays are in a continuous circular motion while you are in meditation. 


You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission. 


My Divine Beings of Light, you are breathing very slowly and evenly now; you are feeling secure and safe. 


Breathe in deeply My Beautiful Beings of Light and feel the lighter relaxed feelings of being protected & divinely guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator. Listen to The Creator’s spiritual heart beat and feel the unconditional love that courses through you each time you think about this moment. 


Breathe in deeply allowing and seeing within your spiritual imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they join you now. The Angels take your etheric essence hands and guide you out of your physical body. The Angels then direct you into your Etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel has been stationed to stay with your physical essence until you return from your meditation journey. 


You are seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination. Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are with you now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within”. You have located the Golden Door and now you turn the etheric spiritual door knob, opening the door as you cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a spiritual growth adventure. 


You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Your Angels have you look in the mirror there to your right before whisking you down the hall. 


You are following your Angels down the hall as they look at each label finally locating the door with the label “Frequency Room”. Your Angels have you open the door and step over the threshold into the room itself. You notice that the lights are particularly dim in this room. You look around trying to figure out why this is the case. You don’t seem to immediately see why an absence of light would be an issue within this space. 


Your Angels relay that the room is actually monitoring your vibrational levels and demonstrating back to you what your vibrations are visually registering through the perception of light. 


Hum….you say to yourself. You had no idea that you were giving off this lower vibrational resonance to others in your current incarnation. 


The Angels ask you to sit in the old brown leather chair in the middle of the room. You do as they suggest. You are given this long multiple choice questionnaire to fill in about your current beliefs, treatment of others, ideas and perceptions of balanced and unbalanced, friendship characteristics etc… 


You begin checking off the answers that feel right for you at this moment in time. After you are finished you look back over your answers and see that there is a pattern of negative unbalanced behavior that you have been demonstrating for whatever reason. 


The Angels take a special scanner and feed the filled in questionnaire through it. It automatically sorts all the negative unbalanced responses together and all of the positive balanced responses together. Looking at this results tally, you can visually see that there is a negative imbalance in what is going on with you, in your life as of now. 


Part of this process is also looking at the baggage that you are also carrying around with you that has not been dealt with, cleared or released. These include such things as regrets, self-blame, guilt, shame, anger patterns, violence, unkindness, missed opportunities for forgiveness, etc. Missed opportunities to select the choice of being kind and compassionate. Missed opportunities of service to humanity. Missed opportunities to do the right thing. 


Your Angels then ask you if you would like to give intent to raise your vibration and clear some of this energy field debris. Your answer is 'yes'. 


The Angels ask you, if you are ready to release the barrage of baggage that you have dragging behind you in the etheric as it materializes in this room for you to view. You look around behind you and didn’t even realize that you had a chain of stuff attached to you….you ask yourself where has this come from. 


The Angels explain that each of these pieces of debris are drawing down your energy. They ask you if you have not noticed yourself being tired all the time, because this type of stuff sucks the energy right out of your energy fields. Just a few of the things that this chain is composed of are imbalanced negative thoughts that has not been canceled/resolved or released. Dig deep and visualize each hurtful thing that you’ve been involved with that has not been forgiven, each act of unkindness, each moral choice that has selected imbalance over balance, each heart that you have hurt ….and the list goes on and on they tell you. 


The weight of the consequences of your actions is finally dawning on you. For a moment you try and explain and excuse away your behavior, but as you do within this very special room the light begins to grow dimmer and dimmer with each excuse you try to use to justify your actions. 


The Angels tell you that your vibrational frequency is going in the wrong direction, as you can tell from the light within the room. The Angels do not judge, for that is not their nature or their purpose, just as The Creator and Heavenly Light Beings do not judge. The Heavenly role here is to merely hold the mirror up for your own evaluation and ask you to own and hold yourself responsible for your actions, as you see them illuminated here for your review. This is very much like a mini Life Review. 


You shake your head in agreement and begin the process of looking back over your lifetime of actions, choices and reactions. You now clearly see what the consequences have brought forth for you to experience and review. You no longer have to wonder why your vibrations are low. You are answering your own questions as to what you have been attracting to yourself that are not to your liking. With tears rolling down your cheeks you accept that you need to change. You no longer like what you are seeing in the reflections of your life mirror nor what you have become due to these life choices. Your head falls to your chest as the tears continue to flow over your own self disappointment. 


You are also shown the actions that you performed with love and balanced sincere caring. 


This helps a bit, but the imbalance that you are observing in yourself definitely outweighs the balanced moments. 


The Angles hand you a tissue and ask if you are ready to put forth an intent to change. You wipe your tears and tell them, yes. You notice immediately that by just voicing the intention to change the light in the room has brightened a little. 


You sit back down in the old brown leather chair. You start going back over the questionnaire sorted list and remembering each of the circumstances and actions that you have just viewed in your Life Mirror. 


You begin and earnest desire to change by saying a small prayer asking for assistance and guidance to release and clear this negative debris from your energy fields. You acknowledge your responsibility in your choices and actions. Incident by incident you go down the list and invite in, by requesting, the other person’s Higher Self to be with you. You ask for the other person’s forgiveness and apologize for your actions. 


The list is growing smaller and smaller and the light in the room is growing brighter and brighter. Continue on down the list now taking as much time as you need until all has been cleared and released. 


Also, additionally you will invite in those that have been negative toward you and forgive them for their actions. When you are forgiving someone else, you are not stating that what was done was okay. You are not letting them off the hook for their choices and decision. You are simply releasing the pent up emotions and feelings that have been associated with their action against you. These pent up emotions and feelings need to be released for they can manifest within your physical form as dis-ease and illness. These are very powerful feelings and emotions and they need to be neutralized for your own wellbeing. 


After the list has been completed, the next necessary step is to forgive yourself for allowing yourself to go down the unbalanced path. 


This exercise and inner work has cleared the debris in all your energy fields and changed you frequency vibrations substantially. You can tell immediately, because the lights in the room are so very very bright now. 


The Angels are smiling and congratulating you on a job well done. They tell you that it is best to do your clearing and releasing work daily in order to maintain your frequency vibration at your current level. It is also best for your own personal health to clear daily. 


To rise even further than where you are now, your Angels explain will take some work, effort and personal re-engineering of your own attitudes and beliefs. It will be necessary to learn new things and broaden your ideas to expand your own Spiritual awareness. The Angel relay, it is a continual learning process that will assist you to evolve higher and higher. 


It is time to return and you are feeling clear and aligned, but a little drained due to the intense nature of this releasing work. You get up from the old brown leather chair and go back out the door back into the hallway. 


You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor. Your Angels ask you to once again look in the mirror. You can’t believe your eyes as you are currently glowing so brightly. 


Your Angels lead you back across the threshold of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your spiritual Essence back into your physical form. 


Take a deep breath to help you reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready, open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily spiritual guidance. ***Beloveds, you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! My Beautiful Beings of Light. The clouds seem to be lifting a bit around you, similar in appearance to the Sun breaking through the clouds, right after a long thunder storm. You have done much clearing and that is as it should be. Clearing is a forever on-going project as you are constantly under construction and evolving, My Beloveds. 


The Creator is sending you each down a Royal Purple Etheric Light Shawl to drape around your shoulders. This My Beautiful Beings of Grace is to remind you of the You That You Really Are. You are this noble Deep Purple Color, My Beloveds and you each hold countless eons of scholarly training and knowledge. With your permission, in your imagination, feel this etheric Royal Purple Light Shawl softly drape around your neck and shoulders. Feel the warmth of Love that it holds for you and the appreciation for your countless hours of service as a Light Worker on the Earth Plane. 


Wear the shawl for as long as is comfortable for you. Remember to put it in a place where you can use it again and again and again. It is very soothing. The Creator wishes you to know that you are deeply loved and your service is appreciated. Your work has moved many negative blocks that have popped up. Your continued assistance is needed to go forward in Love. Unconditional Love eventually clears the way and releases all blocks My Beautiful Beings of Light. 


The way forward, My Beloveds, is very much like flying a kite. You must constantly check the weight that the kite is carrying on its tail to make sure that the kite stays aloft. You, My Beloveds, are this beautiful soaring kite. Your Higher Self is the Master on the ground directing your movements and giving you more string, so that you can soar in the glorious breeze. If at any time there is too much debris on the tail of the kite it can’t stay aloft. 


With negativity still lurking around, it requires constant daily clearing on your part, My Beloveds. The negativity is like a sticky gunky substance that hangs on and must be ethereally cleared, so it will not impact your day to day experiences, My Beloveds. 


It’s time to get creative with your clearing, My Beautiful Beings of Grace. In your imagination see this giant oval shaped sphere that has many bands of color inside its perimeter. This is your Energy Essence, your Energy Fields; it reaches out in all directions many feet all around you. Then look closely and realize that you have black balls of tarry gunky stuff that are scattered around these beautiful bands of color. If some of you have not done any clearing, in a while some of these bands themselves could be almost covered by this substance. Realize that this stuff is negativity, thought fragments, hurts, fears, slights, shame, guilt, others feelings about you, labels that you have assigned yourself or that others have assigned to you, self-sabotage, old out dated belief systems or old out dated programs that no longer serve your highest good and the list can just go on and on. This is like your etheric trash bin, if you will, that no one has emptied for quite some time. 


Daily in your meditations or during your prayers, ask for your Angels and Spirit Guides to help you clean your energy fields of all of this debris and stuff. This debris when not cleared will drain your energy banks and because it can stress your energy vibrations and wellbeing, it can also make you physically ill. So if you would like to visualize this debris in your energy fields like imaginary chains you drag behind you filled with all this stuff, including regrets, should have been’s, will be’s and broken dreams, un-forgiveness and the like, you can see that the chain trail can become quite lengthy and burdensome. 


Ask your Angels and Spirit Guides to help you clear this debris. See them using a vacuum cleaner on your Energy Fields if you like, or whatever cleaning instruments you prefer visualizing in your imagination to remove the stuff. This will leave behind your brilliant bands of glorious colored light frequencies. 


Perhaps you have realized by now that constant clearing and cleaning will keep your Energy Fields cleaned and your vibrations raised so that those of like vibrations can intersect with you and bring you new possibilities, help with dreams, missions and gifts. 


If you are constantly being bombarded by lower vibrational beings, this could be the reason for those interactions. Even if you were originally a very high vibrating being, if you have all of this debris around you in your Energy Fields, your vibrations will be pulled down by this debris. Clear it daily and know that your highest vibrational good will be served. 


Allow this Messenger to take you on a meditation journey. 


Arrange yourself in seated position or lie down so that you are comfortable. Keep your legs and arms from crossing if at all possible, as this blocks the flow of energy. Cover yourself with a light blanket if you chill easily. We want you comfortable and undisturbed for a while, as you journey within yourself through meditation. 


Close your eyes and take a comfortable deep breath, then comfortably exhale as hard as is possible. With each in breath, you are breathing in love and renewal. With each out breath, you are breathing out fear, frustration and doubt. Take another comfortable deep breath in and comfortably exhale; just letting all the stress go. Take another comfortable deep breath in and then just exhale letting it all go with a sigh as you are breathing out all frustrations of the day. 


Feel your body relaxing from the top of your head down to your toes. Give yourself permission to feel the calm and peace. Your muscles are feeling loose and limp, so relaxed, so deliciously serene, so wonderfully lazy. 


Direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate. If it helps you to visualize your ego self by identifying it as a symbol or as an object, please do so. 


In your imagination ask through prayer for the Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by praying mentally something like this “My Creator I AM asking for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up, so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. I am protecting myself, My Creator, from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. I am thanking you in advance, My Creator, for assisting me by sending this Ray. I am visualizing the ray in my imagination now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. It is entering into my physical form, permeating all that is within my ‘I AM presence’.” 


The Creator has responded to your prayer and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray plus a Red Ray and One Golden Fluid Ray for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel, permeating throughout all of your etheric energy fields & physical vessel and into all corners of the actual area that you are meditating in. The Rays then are exiting through your Crown Chakra returning to the Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to the Creator in a continuous circular loop. These protective therapeutic rays are in a continuous circular motion while you are in meditation. 


You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission. 


My Divine Beings of Light, you are breathing very slowly and evenly now; you are feeling secure and safe. Breathe in deeply, My Beautiful Beings of Light, and feel the lighter relaxed feelings of being protected & divinely guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator. Listen to The Creator’s spiritual heart beat and feel the Unconditional Love that courses through you each time you think about this moment. 


Breathe in deeply allowing and seeing within your spiritual imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they join you now. The Angels take your etheric essence hands and guide you out of your physical body. The Angels then direct you into your Etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel has been stationed to stay with your physical essence until you return from your meditation journey. 


You are seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination. Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are with you now, within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within”. You have located the Golden Door and now you turn the etheric spiritual door knob, opening the door as you cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a spiritual growth adventure. 


You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Your Angels are awaiting you. Today, you are told, you will have the awesome experience of being a white diamond shaped kite. The Angels guide you down the hall to the twentieth door on your right. The label on the door says “Kite Meadow”. 


You open the door and find the label was accurate. You cross over the threshold and find yourself being blown by the breeze as you step into the meadow. You can see a forest of trees off in the distance and to the left you can see the little wooden bridge that takes you to your very own Crystal Palace, but today you are going to be working in this windy meadow. 


Approaching you is another group of Angels carrying your Kite outfit. The outfit is actually funny looking, it is shaped like a cylinder to fit over your body and all around the cylinder is a shape of a white diamond kite. 


There is even a tail attached to the bottom diamond kite point. You are now dressed in your kite suit and realize that you can’t really walk very well in it. Your Angels and Spirit Guides are finding your attempts at walking to be rather humorous. They have their cameras out taking pictures for your Heavenly Etheric Scrapbook. The Angels tell you that this will help you remember, when you are sitting in front of your Counsel of Elders in your Life Between Lives going over this incarnation’s life review that there were some moments of light hearted humor. You just burst out laughing as they show you the digital pictures that they just flashed of you in this outfit. 


Your Higher Self walks through the door and out into the meadow wondering what all the laughing is about. Your Higher Self has been waiting for your visit to help you remember the feeling of the wind lifting you up and soaring to your infinite possibilities. 


Your Higher Self remarks with humor and deep Unconditional Love that this isn’t one of your better looks, but it will serve the purpose of allowing you to be lifted up by the wind. 


Your Higher Self has brought with It a set of tuning forks rolled in a brilliant red velvet bundle. Your Higher Self unrolls the bundle of tuning forks on a picnic table beside you. The Angels are now projecting all around for your own visualization your Essence as a multiband colored Energy Field shaped like a giant egg. You are seeing the black spots and debris that has been discussed earlier. All of this debris has also been depicted for your visualization attached to the tail of the kite. 


You realize quite rapidly that your kite self will never fly with all that weight holding you down. The Angels bring out an Angelic Hoover Vacuum Cleaner and begin immediately vacuuming your Energy Fields. You see all the debris being sucked into the vacuum cleaner. As the stuff goes into the vacuum cleaner the vacuum grows blacker and blacker and heavier and heavier. Finally the Angels are all finished with the Energy Field and you can really see the difference not only in the surface area itself but also in the tail of the kite. Your Angels immediately vaporize the black junk that has been sucked up by the vacuum cleaner. 


You still see a great deal of stuff however connected to the tail of the kite. Your Higher Self addresses this part of it. The tuning forks are connected to your Chakra System, your Higher Self relates, and this Chakra clearing exercise will help clean that area with your sincere intent for it to be so. 


You give your intent and your Higher Self begins at the base Chakra with the base Chakra tuning fork. The tuning fork calibrates the tune and with your intent also disburses the debris that has collected there. Immediately you begin to feel a difference in your body as well as see the kite tail become shorter and clearer. 


Your Higher Self continues up the Chakra System activating the tuning fork for each Chakra. What a difference you feel this is making in your body. You begin feeling lighter and lighter and lighter. As the last Chakra has been cleared, the wind picks up. With all of this debris being removed from you and the tail of the kite, the kite lifts off. You feel yourself rising higher and higher into the air. The breeze is playing with your kite tail and it too is dancing in the breeze. You feel so light and free up in the air dancing with the breeze as the wisps of breeze take you to and fro. 


Your Higher Self has unwound some more of the string that allows the kite to rise higher into the air. You are feeling so amazingly unbounded, free and unattached to all on the Earth Plane. You are floating and flying without a care in the world knowing that you are unlimited and have all the potential in the Universe. You realize that nothing can stop you from your highest potential, except yourself and a possibility of a bunch of debris in your Energy Fields. 


You love this feeling you yell down to your Angels, Spirit Guides and Higher Self. Your Higher Self yells back that you deserve all good things and it has been a pleasure to help you remember that you have this amazing unlimited potential. 


You continue to do loopy loops and soar here and there. In a few moments however you begin to feel a tug on the string. Your Higher Self starts to rewind the string as you are drawn back down to the meadow floor. It doesn’t take but another minute or two for your Higher Self to have you back down on the ground. You are however glowing and filled with such joy to have been able to have this experience and remembrance. 


You tell your Higher Self how much you appreciate being able to have this wonderful journey. Your Higher Self smiles and tells you how much Love there is between the two of you and that you can return at any time, now that you have remembered the way. 


Your Angels help you out of your kite outfit. You are still feeling totally cleared of debris and thank them all profusely for assisting you to clear out all of that stuff. 


Your Angels and Spirit Guides lead you back over the threshold, back into the hall corridor. You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor where you started. 


You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror. You notice how brilliantly you shine, you just can’t stop smiling and thinking about soaring in the wind. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your spiritual Essence back into your physical form. 


Take a deep breath to help you reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily spiritual guidance. 


Beloveds, you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.

Playing is a major part of the human life experience

Dear ones we come to play and to ask when you last played? For the way of illusion is to take that which elevates your vibration and hide it in full view yet make you blind to it. We ask where the magic has gone and we guide that you have lost your way. For the way of children is to play and to laugh and to BE, yet the way of adults is to concentrate and to work and to work and have no play. This will lower the vibration you hold and keep you from that which your heart desires, so lost in work and lower density emotions. For adults do not play like children play and it saddens us. For we are the Faerie Realms and we come to guide and support all as all begins to change and to move for all across the planet earth. 


Where once we heard laughter now we hear silence and we are concerned that the life of adult humans is one of trudge and more trudge. The festive season is upon us and yet many are now more in despair than ever before. We are here to move you through the illusion of consuming and to show you the joy and laughter of BEing that exists below all the tinsel and the false gods. For your god is not one that tells you to purchase and work and purchase. Your god is your Higher Self who knows you inside out. Connect with the Higher Self, move into the heart and sing dear ones for the heightening of vibration will see soar and you will fly high in the sky. Such is the vibration of fun and laughter and that is why illusion teaches you not to laugh but to cry. For many would fly should they find their inner child and laugh and play as they did when little. 


We are the Faerie Realms and we walk with you each step of this your human life journey, a journey for many that is turning into a dark trudge along a dark highway filled with ghosts of the past and ghosts of the future, for you create dear ones and we are here to put the stardust back into your creations. For how can you create if you do not dream, how can you dream if you do wish and how can you wish if you do not play. For playing is a major part of the human life experience. If it was not so, then why would your children do this automatically? Look to the children around you for clues of how to move through the festive season. Detach from the consuming and the perfect and look to self, move to the heart and feel the joy in the turning of the seasons, for much is to be found by journeying inwards. How can you know what the heart sings if you do not listen? 


If you do not run and skip how do you know what lightness of BEing is? If you do not take time to BE, how do you know who you are? For many are now lost in the confusion of what the festive season is and should be and many are now trudging down a dark highway convinced that all is lost. Allow us to brighten your path for it costs nothing to smile and to laugh but everything to those around you. For where you have lightness of walking, where you have lightness of Being, you have joy and that is worth its weight in gold. For joy will see you light up the life of another human and that human will then light up the life of another and so on, the beacon of light that you search for is within you dear ones, so focused on the darkness in front of you, you fail to see that which is within you. 


For illusion has turned the lights off, so sure that all those who walk within it will have forgotten how to turn the lights back on. Do you remember? Do you remember dear ones the light that shines brightly within you? It is to be found in your heart, for your heart was seeded with TRUTH and that TRUTH shines brightly out into the world. Look not to the physical but to the emotional, for joy is found in FEELing and not in consuming. 


Many are now beginning to see the light dimly and we guide strongly that the faintest light be concentrated on, for the shadows recede even in the darkness night. Many are now struggling to see that which is in plain view, so hidden are the talents and gifts that they cannot see, for darkness has wrapped veils so tightly around them, they are both blind and deaf to TRUTH. The true spirit of the festive season is LOVE, for that is the emotion that will free you from the veils of darkness. LOVE just IS dear ones. It is to be found all around you. It is in a child’s smile. It is the warm smile of a stranger walking past you, for in TRUTH there are no strangers, all are just reflections of Self. Where you see a frown, we guide for you to pour love and compassion through your BEing and place joy in the heart of your fellow humans. LOVE needs no batteries, needs no replacement parts for LOVE IS. It is the laughter of the child that wonders at the snowflakes, it is the warmth of an open fire when you step in from the cold outside. It is the KNOWING that you are loved and that you are you. For all are loved, more so than they will ever know, for the heart is seeded with TRUTH and all realms send love and compassion across the planet. For mother earth is changing in vibration and this is reflected in the lives of her children. 


Where you see sorrow replace it with joy, where you find darkness replace it with light and do this each and every time. For many the road is a dark one with no map, yet the map to the future is within you. It is contained in the wishes and dreams that you harboured as a child and that illusion taught you to ignore. For all are one and all are blessed and all just are dear ones. Such is the teaching of illusion that many feel abandoned and let down. This is the illusion dear ones, for to give shelter to the teachings of illusion is to walk in darkness. 


For many our words will trigger as they are wrapped thickly in veils, yet within our words is the freedom that their soul cries out for. Those who feel they are in jail are in illusion, for freedom is here and it is within reach. To reach freedom we guide for you to become light as air, we guide for you to smile and to allow the joy that is to penetrate the coldness that has crept up on you. For illusion teaches cold and dark, where there should be lightness and joy. All changes and all moves and that which dissolves in your human life was never TRUTH. 


We are the Faerie Realms and we come to guide and to support and to show lightness of Being. For many who are triggered, we ask what harm there is in moving to laughter and to joy? Has illusion not worn you out with work and work and more work? Is there no change to being human that is not different? We ask for you to move into the heart, that is all. Illusion asks that you are perfect and that you conform. We know this is impossible, for humans are just that, HUMAN. No human is perfect and no human ever has to conform for each is unique and individual and that is all that is asked. We do not ask you to done capes for you are not superheroes. You are flesh and blood and we honour this. We ask that YOU honour YOU and that you pour love and compassion through your very being. For you have walked a long road and you have been taught you walk alone, we are here to show you that you have NEVER walked alone and we are here to walk with you as are all realms. 


Do not cry over what has been dear ones, cry for the joy of being alive, cry for the wonder that is front of you and cry for the ability to see TRUTH, for TRUTH anchored is freedom and all move towards that as we communicate. Each tear releasing the pain and trauma that illusion taught you to store. When released, lightness of being is felt, which can produce more tears. Laughter is at the end of the process, laughter and joy at being alive and being free. We guide all who are in pain to allow the healing to begin. Look at the world through the eyes of a child again. Where you find brick walls and rules, then allow them to dissolve. See the madness in the human condition that teaches that all must have “same”. Allow this to be shown to you for the illusion that it is. You cannot have “same” when all are different. 


All run fast, yet fail to realise what they run to, so sure that illusion is correct and that life is something to be endured. Life is what you create, and dear ones, life created with laughter is always lighter than life created from sorrow. The sorrow is taught by illusion as the default setting of human experience, we are here to guide you to TRUTH, for all is wonder, all is amazement, if you allow the veils to drop and TRUTH to be shown to you. 


We ask that you move into your heart and to radiate the LOVE that IS clearly across the planet, for the level of LOVE on planet earth is increasing from moment to moment as more and more humans realise TRUTH. Children are you. You are a reflection of them and they are a reflection of you. How bright and full of fun are your children? 


We are the Faerie Realms and you will find us out and about, we live in the trees, in the plants and we dance around you when you are in nature. For those who live in the cities we are found in the plants on the way to work and the plants in your offices, for we are the tinkling of the bells that you sweep past, we are the air that rushes to greet you and put the redness in your cheeks when out walking. We are the softly falling leaves that fall to the ground and crunch beneath your feet. For we are you and you are we, for all are one.
