The Shaumbra Symptoms: 12 Signs Of Your Awakening Divinity

Shaumbra means: Family and Deep Inner Friendship!

1. Body aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back. This is the result of intense changes at your DNA level as the "Christ seed" awakens within. This too shall pass. 
2. Feeling of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason. You are releasing your past (this lifetime and others) and this causes the feeling of sadness. This is similar to the experience of moving from a house where you lived in for many, many years into a new house. As much as you want to move into the new house, there is a sadness of leaving behind the memories, energy and experiences of the old house. This too shall pass. 
3. Crying for no apparent reason. This is similar to #2 above. It’s good and healthy to let the tears flow. It helps to release the old energy within. This too shall pass. 
4. Sudden change in job or career. This is a very common symptom. As you change, things around you will change as well. Don’t worry about finding the "perfect" job or career right now. This too shall pass. You’re in transition, and you may make several job changes before you settle into one that fits your passion. 
5. Withdrawal from family relationships. You are connected to your biological family via old karma. When you get off the karmic cycle, the bonds of the old relationships are released. It will appear as though you are drifting away from your family and friends. This too shall pass. After a period of time, you may develop a new relationship with them if it is appropriate. However, the relationship will be based in the new energy without the karmic attachments. 
6. Unusual sleep patterns. It’s likely that you’ll awaken many nights between 2:00 and 4:00 a.m. There’s a lot of work going on within you, and it often causes you to wake up for a "breather." Not to worry. If you can’t go back to sleep, get up and do something rather than lay in bed and worry about humanly things. This too shall pass. 
7. Intense dreams. These might include war and battle dreams, chase dreams or monster dreams. You are literally releasing the old energy within, and these energies of the past are often symbolized as wars, running to escape and boogeyman. This too shall pass. 
8. Physical disorientation. At times you’ll feel very ungrounded. You’ll be "spatially challenged" with the feeling like you can’t put two feet on the ground or that you’re walking between two worlds. As your consciousness transitions into the new energy, you body sometimes lags behind. Spend more time in nature to help ground the new energy within. This too shall pass. 
9. Increased "self talk." You’ll find yourself talking to your Self more often. You’ll suddenly realize you’ve been chattering away with yourself for the past 30 minutes. There is a new level of communication taking place within your being, and you’re experiencing the tip of the iceberg with the self talk. The conversations will increase, and they will become more fluid, more coherent and more insightful. You’re not going crazy; you’re just Shaumbra moving into the new energy. 
10. Feelings of loneliness, even when in the company of others. You may feel alone and removed from others. You may feel the desire to "flee" groups and crowds. As Shaumbra, you are walking a sacred and lonely path. As much as the feelings of loneliness cause you anxiety, it is difficult to relate to others at this time. The feelings of loneliness are also associated with the fact that your Guides have departed. They have been with you on all of your journeys in all of your lifetimes. It was time for them to back away so you could fill your space with your own divinity. This too shall pass. The void within will be filled with the love and energy of your own Christ consciousness. 
11. Loss of passion. You may feel totally disimpassioned, with little or no desire to do anything. That’s okay, and it’s just part of the process. Take this time to "do no-thing." Don’t fight yourself on this, because this too shall pass. It’s similar to rebooting a computer. You need to shut down for a brief period of time in order to load the sophisticated new software, or in this case, the new Christ-seed energy. 
12. A deep longing to go Home. This is perhaps the most difficult and challenging of any of the conditions. You may experience a deep and overwhelming desire to leave the planet and return to Home. This is not a "suicidal" feeling. It is not based in anger or frustration. You don’t want to make a big deal of it or cause drama for yourself or other. There is a quiet part of you that wants to go Home. The root cause for this is quite simple. You have completed your karmic cycles. You have completed your contract for this lifetime. You are ready to begin a new lifetime while still in this physical body. During this transition process, you have inner remembrances of what it is like to be on the other side. Are you ready to enlist for another tour of duty here on Earth? Are you ready to take on the challenges of moving into the New Energy? Yes, indeed, you could go Home right now. But you’ve come this far, and after many, many lifetimes it would be a shame to leave before the end of the movie. Besides, Spirit needs you here to help others transition into the new energy. They will need a human guide, just like you, who has taken the journey from the old energy into the new. The path you’re walking right now provides the experiences to enable you to become a Teacher of the New Divine Human. As lonely and dark as your journey can be at times, remember that you are never alone.

The Psychology of Indigo Blue

In the artworks of the Masters, the robes of mages, prophets (Nostradamus) and religious figures such as Mother Mary were commonly painted the color INDIGO. The use of Indigo was a subliminal message indicating the subject's connection to the beyond as well as their ability to see beyond the physical world. 


Gold, which is the opposite colour to INDIGO was often depicted either as trim on their clothing, or the base metal of their scepters and wands. This further subliminally emphasized the great wisdom and power these Masters' were believed to possess. 


The ancient Egyptians also understood the subtle language of INDIGO and Gold and commonly used the element Gold and the stone Lapis Lazuli in clothing, head pieces, artworks, sarcophagus decoration and burial masks. 


It is suggested then, that INDIGO indicates or represents the ability to access clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience. Perhaps that is why we refer to children that demonstrate certain psychic abilities as "Indigo children". 


INDIGO is often associated with paranormal "vision" - seeing beyond the capability of the eyes. Unlike spontaneous phenomena, this side of our psyche gives conscious accessibility to our super sensory perception, and opens us to the potential of the Sixth Senses. 


This access to "seeing with the Third Eye" enables accurate and powerful decisions. Further, it clears the way to put action behind what has been decided, eliminating all resistance in its way. 


The Third Eye could be likened to the evening sky when the stars first start appearing. Without the contrast of this deep colour, the stars which are there all the time are not visible to our "normal" senses. INDIGO then is being able to "see right through someone or something", it is knowing something without knowing how you know. 


Understanding and embracing our psychic connections and perceptions is about having the courage and commitment to step through that portal of the psyche and live your belief, trust and knowing. When one becomes adept at this process, neutrality, objectivity and acceptance become the norm, as all sides of an issue are visible. 


INDIGO facilitates the communication of one's deepest feelings as well as involved abstract concepts. It balances one's personal motivations, perceptions and expectations, as well as the tendency to vacillate. As such, when tough calls or decisions need to made, meditate or surround yourself with INDIGO.

It’s All for Good

Once upon a time there was a king who had a wonderful, wise minister. The minister was very loyal and devoted to the king, and the king never left the palace without the minister at his side. 


One day as the monarch was cutting a piece of fruit, he accidentally cut his finger. As it was being treated, he asked the minister why this had happened. "I was very careful," he explained, "but the knife just seemed to slip all by itself." The minister looked at him and gently said, "Don't worry, Raja. It's all for good." 


The king became furious. "What kind of philosophy is this? I have cut my finger! The blood is pouring! Yet you stand there calmly and say, ‘It's all for good.’ If that is as much as you care about me, I don't want you around anymore." He called the guards and told them to take the minister to jail. The minister quietly submitted. As he was being taken away, he simply said, "Fine. This also is for good." 


Several days later, the king decided to go hunting. He went far into the forest with a large group of companions. Suddenly he started chasing a beautiful deer. Of course he had the fastest horse, and he soon left the others far behind. Still, the deer managed to escape. When the king realized how far he had gone, it was too late. He was very deep into the jungle and was lost. 


Fortunately the Raja had been on many adventures, and he stayed calm. He was very tired and thirsty. Nearby there was a big, green tree with a small brook running past it. He drank his fill, then leaned against the tree and fell asleep. 


In a little while, a rustling sound woke the king. He slowly opened his eyes. What he saw made him freeze. A huge lion was standing right next to him, sniffing him all over. He didn't know what to do, so he just stayed still and watched the lion. All of a sudden, as the lion was sniffing one of the king's hands, it snorted and ran away. 


The king was amazed at his good fortune. He leaped up and began shouting for his companions, who eventually found him. “Listen,” he told them. “A lion came while I was sleeping. He was huge and ferocious looking. He was all ready to eat me, but something mysteriously happened. All of sudden the lion just left.” 


That's wonderful, they exclaimed. But none of them could explain what had happened. When they returned to the palace the king had the minister brought from the jail. He told the story in every detail. The minister simply said, “It's all for good, Maharaja.” 


What do you mean all for good? That doesn't explain why the lion just went away without even biting me. What is the explanation? 


Maharaja, the lion is the king of the beasts, just as you are the king of the people. When somebody offers you a fruit, it should be a clean, wholesome fruit. The minute the lion smelled the cut finger, it knew that you were not whole, not fit. As the king of beasts, it didn't want to eat you. So you see, Raja, the cut finger saved your life. Now, do you understand that it's all for good? 


As for my imprisonment, you know that ordinarily we are never separated. Surely, I would have been with you on the hunt and would have raced after you through the jungle. We would have both been sleeping under the tree when the lion arrived. He would still have rejected you, but would have swallowed me. Because you had put me in jail, my life was saved. 


It is not often easy to see the good in adversity, when it occurs. When you find yourself in pain, remember this story of the king and his minister. The benefit may not make itself clear until much later, but it is there. Have faith in the positive outcome. Tell yourself, “It's all for good.” It's like a Mantram in a way. You can repeat it again and again to give you courage.

Message from Archangel Michael ~ The Lens of 2012

Greetings! My Beautiful Beings of Light. Another mile marker is approaching that has drawn all sorts of prophecy and expectations both real and imagined. 


Yes! My Beloveds there are all kinds of alignments that are coming to fruition. There is much buzz about this timeline and what it signifies. 


The truth of the matter My Beautiful Beings of Grace, is that you asked to be here. You stood in line to volunteer to come. In your volunteering you asked to witness all that is transpiring, not just specific dates and time lines. You even glimpsed, before accepting this incarnation assignment, the agenda and saw partial pictures of what is to be before ever materializing into this physical form. 


Your personal pre-incarnation scripts are filled with what your specific missions are. These scripts are not stand along stories, but interlock with all the other participants within the Earth Plane, down to the smallest of particles and energy modules. You are all integrated into a finely woven master tapestry that works in conjunction with all the other players. 


My Beloveds, you see it isn’t just the human species that is participating, but all that is within and without the Earth Plane. It is like being a grain of sand where all the Omniverse becomes the beach and stretches before you throughout infinity and eternity. 


The unique thing about this finely woven master piece is that many potential outcomes have been woven in. It isn’t like stacking up a line of dominoes and watching as you press the first one to witness all the others behind the first in succession all eventually fall down. The final scenes will actually never be known until the very End, as there are so many potentials for each action that the reaction can never be gauged or guessed or predicted. 


In describing this, you see it really isn’t a quick answer, because December 21 or December 31, 2012 is not the End, but really a continuation of all that has transpired before. Thus it could very well be stated to be a New Beginning, just as each new moment in your existence is a new beginning. 


Well, do you witness the End of Time? You will witness, My Beloveds, the completion of the Mayans calendar. Is it the End?…. NO, the story continues. 


Will you all be transformed into peace loving entities? Probably not, but as each one evolves higher and higher, you are becoming more and more peace seeking. The Mass Consciousness tolerance level is changing. You will find that as the evolutionary spiral twirls upward that personal honesty, integrity and behavior is of utmost importance. 


With that in mind it has taken hundreds of years for Mass Consciousness to grow closer to the Light. There have been punctuation marks inserted into the fabric of time to speed up that awakening. These punctuation marks are your major events that have garnered the focus, compassion and attention of the entire global family. 


You will see these events continue to unfold and probably transpire more and more rapidly. 


It is a lot like placing a pot of water on a stove, set on high temperature to bring the water to boil, so that the old cooked on debris and negativity from the bottom of the pot can be removed. It takes time to heat the water to boiling. It takes more time and rolling action of the boiling water to bring the junk to the surface to be skimmed off. Then it takes the cleaning of the pot in hot soapy water to finish the cleaning process. The Earth Plane is in the rolling boiling water stage now. Much has been brought to the surface to clear, but so much more is still to be brought up. 


This process could take another twenty to one hundred years depending upon the speed of progress. 


My Beloveds, if you take a camera that has a broken lens and orange tint on the lens and you are trying to see something new in pictures without these defects, you will have to change the lens. This is basically what will happen in 2012. The lens will have to be changed in order to reflect the new scenery to be viewed beyond 2012 without the old deficiencies. 


If you have been using that old lens for a long time, it will take the mind getting used to not seeing those defects. The mind will continually be painting in a crack and orange tint because that is what it is used to filtering through. Mass Consciousness will be making these lens corrections gradually, until it is ready for the next jump on the evolutionary spiral. 


My Divine Beings of Light, it is time to see the New Beginnings instead of the old prophecy endings. The old pictures no longer reflect the accurate state of Mass Consciousness. 

Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey. 

Arrange yourself in seated position or lie down so that you are comfortable. Keep your legs and arms from crossing if at all possible, as this blocks the flow of energy. Cover yourself with a light blanket if you chill easily. We want you comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within yourself through meditation. 


Close your eyes and take a comfortable deep breath, then comfortably exhale as hard as is possible. With each in breath, you are breathing in love and renewal. With each out breath, you are breathing out fear, frustration and doubt. Take another comfortable deep breath in and comfortably exhale just letting all the stress go. Take another comfortable deep breath in and then just exhaling letting it all go with a sigh as you are breathing out all frustrations of the day. 


Feel your body relaxing from the top of your head down to your toes. Give yourself permission to feel the calm and peace. Your muscles are feeling loose and limp, so relaxed, so deliciously serene, so wonderfully lazy. 


Direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate. If it helps you to visualize your ego self by identifying it as a symbol or as an object please do so. 


In your imagination ask through prayer for The Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by praying mentally something like this “My Creator, I AM asking for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up, so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. My Creator, I am protecting myself from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. My Creator, I am thanking you in advance for assisting me by sending this Ray. I am visualizing the ray in my imagination now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. It is entering into my physical form, permeating all that is within my ‘I AM Presence’.” 


The Creator has responded to your prayer and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray and Two Golden Fluid Rays for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel, permeating throughout all of your etheric energy fields & physical vessel and into all corners of the actual area that you are meditating in. The rays then are exiting through your Crown Chakra. The Rays then are returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop. These protective therapeutic rays are in a continuous circular motion while you are in meditation. 


You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission. 


My Divine Beings of Light, you are breathing very slowly and evenly now; you are feeling secure and safe. 


My Beautiful Beings of Light, breathe in deeply and feel the lighter relaxed feelings of being protected & divinely guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator. Listen to The Creator’s spiritual heart beat and feel the unconditional love that courses through you each time you think about this moment. 


Breathe in deeply allowing and seeing within your spiritual imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they join you now. The Angels take your etheric essence hands and guide you out of your physical body. The Angels then direct you into your Etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel has been stationed to stay with your physical essence, until you return from your meditation journey. 


You are seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination. Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are with you now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within”. You have located the Golden Door and now you turn the etheric spiritual door knob, opening the door as you cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a spiritual growth adventure. 


You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Two of your Angels are waiting on your arrival into the White Marble Corridor. They hand you a safari hat, safari jacket, shorts, shoes and binoculars. They tell you to go change behind the dressing screen over to your left. 


You laughingly follow their guidance. You tell yourself, this is going to be so much fun; you have never been on safari. You put on the provided outfit and just burst out laughing at yourself in the mirror. You tell yourself how different you look. All you need now is a pair of black glasses frames to complete the outfit. 


You come out all dressed and the Angels hand you a pair of black framed glasses to complete the look. They heard your thoughts while you were looking in the mirror. They whisk you off down the hall and after passing several more hall corridors you finally find the door that says “On Safari”. You open the door, cross over the threshold and find that there is another door that leads to the outside that you must exit through first. You open that door and WA LA! There you are, in the open savannahs with wide open spaces and tall animals lumbering by. There is a Safari jeep waiting for you, with your very own tour guide Angel driving. 


You smile, as the Angel driver greets you. She hands you a bottle of water as she can tell with the heat you are sweating. Your Angels and Guides usher you into the jeep and away you go. The Angels hand you an old camera. They tell you it has a broken lens and the lens is tinted orange, but it should be fine for what you are currently doing. You look a little puzzled, but take the camera. 


The Angels begin laughing with you, telling you that the point of this old camera is to only take pictures of the past. You ask, why would you only want to take pictures of the past? The Angels tell you the only reason you would be interested is to tell where you have been. 


So you ask the Angels, if you will be getting a new camera to take pictures of the NOW. The Angels hand you a new lens for the existing camera. You let them know you appreciate this. 


Then the Angels hand you a brand new camera with all the new whistles and bells and lens. You ask what is different about this camera and they tell you that it takes pictures of the Future. Interesting, you tell yourself. 


You now have an old camera with broken and orange tinted lens that takes pictures of the Past. You have a new lens for the old camera that will take pictures of the NOW and you also have a brand new camera that will take pictures of the Future. 


You take the old camera with broken and orange tinted lens, focus and shoot a picture of the area directly in front of you. The picture comes out on a special printer showing an ocean, a crack in the lens and the orange tint. 


You take the old camera change the lens and take a picture of the same area. The picture comes out with a view of the savannah grass where you are standing. 


You take the new camera point and click a picture of the same area. This picture comes out showing the future of this space. It is showing a barren desert. 


The Angels tell you that everything is always in evolutionary mode. Things do not stay the same, not really even from one moment to the next, something is always changed. 


The Angels pull out a picture that was taken by a psychic hundreds of years ago of this same spot you have just been photographing. The picture was very deem, but didn’t show any of the pictures that you had just snapped. 


The Angels explain to you that because of the interwoven nature of the tapestry and the millions of potentials woven into the fabric that the psychic could never have predicted the scenes that you have just viewed, because there were too many twists and turns in the choices that were made and each affected the outcome of the pictures. 


Hum! You sigh a bit puzzled trying to take this all in. So the pictures are affected by cause and effect and millions of scripted scenarios. The Angels nod, ‘Yes’. The scripts are not only for humans, but all that is within this Earth Plane. The Angels nod, ‘Yes’. 


Then you ask the Angels, how do some of the predictions show up as true. The Angels respond that as Mass Consciousness, which is the totality of all within this Earth Plane (including all, even down to the tiniest of particles etc. not just humans) think about what the psychic has prophesied, it then calls into action another part of the intertwining fabric that pulls in the Law of Attraction. 


So, that each time that prophesy is read, each time it is published, each time it is spoken of, each time it is broadcast, it is pulling that event into Mass Conscious awareness. If enough take interest and become obsessed with this prediction, some portions of it can show up. 


Okay, so then you thoughtfully interject that the best way to view all things for the highest good of all is to see them in the NOW moment without trying to project any outcome? That is correct, your Angels tell you, you’ve remembered this lesson. Well done. 


Your Angels ask if you are ready to enjoy the animals roaming on the savannahs and you responded immediately that you are. 


You hop back into the jeep. The Angel driver heads towards the Giraffes. You take in the view allowing the animals to touch your heat with joy. Then off to the Rhinos watering hole to watch the babies wade in what is left of the stream. 


You tell the Angel driver that you haven’t seen a Lion yet and away she drives looking for the large cats. There they are as you watch a mother with her cubs. Oh you tell yourself this is priceless. 


What about the Elephants, you ask? Away the driver goes in search of the Elephants. You spot two large ones with a baby Elephant holding on to his mother’s tail. 


Your Angels tell you that they are so proud of you for not trying to take a picture of all these wonderful animals. They ask you to put on these special glasses and look down at your heart. 


You do as requested and you notice a very unusual thing, you can see a glowing in your heart of each animal and the joy that it brought you. It wasn’t necessary to take a picture because the heart has captured the joy of the moment and produced that pattern in your own well-being. You beam with excitement, because you know now it isn’t necessary to know what is to come, you only need to walk through the moment, accept it as it is and allow yourself to grow higher and higher within your own evolutionary change. 


The Angels smile and tell you that these were the points that you needed to remember during this journey. It is time to return. 


You hop back into the jeep and the Angel driver takes you back to the door where the journey began. You thank her for her assistance. You follow your Angels back through both doorways back into the hallway. 


You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor. You change back into your normal attire. 


As you pass you catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your spiritual Essence back into your physical form. 


Take a deep breath to help you reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready, open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily spiritual guidance. 


Beloveds, you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.

You are so much more than you think yourselves to be

Message from Archangel Michael ~ Call Me In The Morning

Welcome! My Beautiful Beings of Light. Another mile marker has passed for those on the Earth Plane with many more to come. 

My Beloveds these mile markers, if you will, are the bread crumbs you left for yourselves to following that are showing you who you are and your way back HOME. 


My Beautiful Beings of Grace, when you left your FOREVER HOME to come to the Earth Plane, each of you was provided with a dose of amnesia. This veiled your awareness of who you truly are and where you reside eternally even when in physical form. The tiny part of energy that actually is in the physical, is minuscule compared to the True Energy Essence that you really are, My Beloveds. You are really residing in at least two different locations at the same time. (Smile) Some may even be on more planes at the same time. 


This amnesia has allowed you to then experience the totality of physicality with all the lessons and learning that you scripted for yourselves before leaving the Higher Realms. 


The interesting part of the journey is that each of you My Beloveds has put into place a remembrance facto; whereby at a given criteria within your scripted contracts with THE DIVINE, you are to start sensing that there is something else, and indeed there truly is a BIG something else. 


My Beautiful Beings of Light, you are so much more than you think yourselves to be. This is what you are trying to figure out. Since the larger portion of your energies truly lives on another plane of existence, the communication factor with the larger part of your Divine Energy is what you are missing along with The Creator connection as well. 


Once each of you decides that you are ready to interact again with your own Higher Self and The Creator, simply place your intention to do just that in your Heart Chakra. You each came in with your Angels and Spirit Guides. Call them into your awareness/imagination and ask for their assistance. 


These beautiful Beings are your unseen connection to your Spiritual HOME. The Creator would never send ITS precious children into another plane of existence without surrounding each of you with Heavenly Love and help to surf the chaotic waves of negative vibrations. 


My Divine Light Children, each of you selected this Earthly persona, that you appear to be, before you even incarnated. You had choices of body type, hair color, etc. You also had choices and saw glimpses of the journey that you each were to embark on. My Beloveds you agreed to the life script that you drafted for yourselves. You selected your cast of characters including betrayers, villains, parents, along with those that are beloved to you. 


You each placed into your scripts a wake-up call, if you will, to tell yourselves that it is time to wake up from the illusion that you are this physical human form. You are My Beloveds a Spiritual Being having a Human experience, not a Human having a Spiritual experience. 


Wake Up, My Beautiful Beings of Light it is so time for you to remember your true SOURCE. 


Your Higher Selves are constantly sending you out a message now “Call Me in The Morning” so that you can recognize and remember that you are the smaller part of such a much larger picture. My Beloveds, it is time to Phone HOME, if you will, and check in with your Higher Guidance daily. 


Yes, even those that feel as though they are from another star system or galaxy, you too are from the ONE SOURCE. You merely have resided on other spheres more than you have resided on Earth, but all ESSECE has come from THE ONE SOURCE. Your FOREVER HOME is where you return when you leave this place. 


Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey. 


Arrange yourself in seated position or lie down so that you are comfortable. Keep your legs and arms from crossing if at all possible, as this blocks the flow of energy. Cover yourself with a light blanket, if you chill easily. We want you comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within yourself through meditation. 


Close your eyes and take a comfortable deep breath, then comfortably exhale as hard as is possible. With each in breath, you are breathing in love and renewal. With each out breath, you are breathing out fear, frustration and doubt. Take another comfortable deep breath in and comfortably exhale just letting all the stress go. Take another comfortable deep breath in and then just exhale letting it all go with a sigh as you are breathing out all frustrations of the day. 


Feel your body relaxing from the top of your head down to your toes. Give yourself permission to feel the calm and peace. Your muscles are feeling loose and limp, so relaxed, so deliciously serene, so wonderfully lazy. 


Direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate. If it helps you to visualize your ego self by identifying it as a symbol or as an object, please do so. 


In your imagination ask through prayer for The Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by praying mentally something like this “My Creator, I AM asking for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up, so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. My Creator, I am protecting myself from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. My Creator, I am thanking you in advance for assisting me by sending this Ray. I am visualizing the ray in my imagination now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. It is entering into my physical form, permeating all that is within my I AM presence.” 


The Creator has responded to your prayer and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray plus a Soft Pink Ray and Two Golden Fluid Rays for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel; permeating throughout all of your etheric energy fields & physical vessel and into all corners of the actual area that you are meditating in. The rays then are exiting through your Crown Chakra. The Rays are returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop. These protective therapeutic rays are in a continuous circular motion while you are in meditation. 


You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission. 


My Divine Beings of Light, you are breathing very slowly and evenly now; you are feeling secure and safe. 


 My Beautiful Beings of Light, breathe in deeply and feel the lighter relaxed feelings of being protected & divinely guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator. Listen to The Creator’s spiritual heart beat and feel the Unconditional Love that courses through you each time you think about this moment. 


Breathe in deeply allowing and seeing within your spiritual imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they join you now. The Angels take your etheric essence hands and guide you out of your physical body. The Angels then direct you into your Etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel has been stationed to stay with your physical essence until you return from your meditation journey. 


You are seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination. Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are with you now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within”. You have located the Golden Door and now you turn the etheric spiritual door knob, opening the door as you cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a spiritual growth adventure. 


You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Your Angels and Spirit Guides are moving with you down the hall to the third door on your left. The label on this door says “My Higher Self”. You open the door and cross over the threshold. There in the center of the room you see a giant crystal ball surrounded by a circle of padded benches. The crystal ball is glowing with light but at the moment is clouded. 


Your Angels ask you to have a seat on one portion of the circular benches facing the crystal ball. You sit down and find that the cushions are wonderfully soft and fuzzy. 


Now your Angels relay that they would like for you to Call in Your Higher Self. You can do this, your Angels tell you, by simply placing that intention to communicate within your own Heart Chakra. 


You do as they Angels have advised and as you place your intention into your own Heart Chakra, you sense a wonderful warm loving sensation coming from your Heart Chakra. The crystal ball becomes clear and there before you is your actual Higher Self. 


Your Angels remind you to remember that a physical body is not who you are. Have patience with yourself in understanding and accepting the appearance of your Higher Self as a pure energy ESSENCE. 


Your Higher Self is communicating with you via telepathy. It wants you to know how much It loves you and misses you. Your Higher Self is relaying that it is very difficult to watch part of Its Self actually go through the lessons and learning that was scripted. It honors you for your playing the part so masterfully. 


This communication and remembrance of your Forever Connection is bringing tears to your eyes. The tears of joy and remembrance are streaming down your cheeks. The Angels hand you a tissue as you dab your eyes not wanting to miss a second to be with your Higher Self. 


Your Higher Self has a surprise for you. It asks you to close your eyes and sense the Higher Presence of your very own CREATOR. This phenomenal wave of Deep Love just wafts over your presence. You feel at awe over the Deeper Love that comes through. This beautiful energy erases all doubt. You know instantly that you are indeed a child of THE DIVINE. 


The tears continue to flow as the presence of The Creator and your Higher Self is so overwhelming, beautiful and comforting. It clears all fears. You know without a single doubt that this human vessel is temporal, but your true essence is eternal and immortal. 


You understand at a much deeper level that this physical form that you occupy is like a disposable paper plate and when its purpose is fulfilled, it is to be discarded with respect as you return to your Heavenly Plane of existence. 


This revelation and remembrance brings so much clarity and confirmation for you. This awareness provides you an instant feeling of deep seated peace, acceptance and understanding. You are seeing the larger blue print and know that you are a key player in the overall design of THE DIVINE. 


The tears cease as the dawning of the true acceptance of this revelation brings back those last moments in your Heavenly dwelling before assuming the incarnation you are currently participating in. 


Your incarnation mission is crystal clear. Your SOURCE and Higher Self are crystal clear. You are once again feeling your true Essence, as you truly are, when you are not in physical manifestation. For a moment you merge back with your Higher Self. That feeling brings closure to your prior feelings of being disconnected and unloved. 


Your Higher Self wants you to bring these memories back with you. It says, it is time for this remembrance to be yours once again. It will help you fulfill your mission’s final steps. Your Higher Self also tells you that for the moment it is time to return from meditation to continue with your work. Your Angels and Higher Self remind you that you may return here at any time you choose now that you have remembered the way. 


Sadly but content for the awareness, you touch the crystal ball one more time and get up from your seated position. You and your Angels walk back to the door, cross over the threshold and walk back down the hall. You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor. 


You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror. You remember your Higher Self and The Creator as you lightly touch the mirror. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your Spiritual Essence back into your physical form. 


Take a deep breath to help you reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily spiritual guidance. 


Beloveds, you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.
