The Bliss of Pure Being

There is nothing you need to do, and there is nowhere you need to go to find what your soul is truly seeking. This bliss is who you are. It is what resides in the core of your being. When you get very quiet and go inward with infinite patience, you will eventually see this bliss has always been here waiting for you to arrive. 


The eternal vast presence of peace and extreme joy is inside you.

Simply be in this world, yet not of it. Meaning do not be attached to this world, and the glorious bliss of pure Being will find you. It is so simple and effortless that you could easily run around your whole life seeking for it in the outer world and miss it. It is always available in this now moment within you. You can access it by surrendering your mind to a few minutes of silence. "Banish the ego and develop the spirit of surrender. You will then experience Bliss.”

So call of the search! Stop searching for bliss outside of yourself in the material world. Outer possessions, accomplishments, and experiences will never truly satisfy you. They are impermanent. They come and go like the weather. Your ego may experience a fleeting moment of happiness or joy, and yet only minutes later it starts demanding something else that it believes will make you "happy" again. The ego is addicted to entertainment. True happiness is found when you experience that which doesn't come or go. Simply redirect your attention towards what is permanent and eternal and enjoy! “If you want to reach a state of bliss, then go beyond your ego and the internal dialogue."

So you may be asking yourself, "Why am I sometimes so unhappy if I am bliss itself?" Unhappiness comes from being over-identified with the grasping, needy, demanding, illusionary ego mind. Whenever you feel unhappy the ego is simply not getting what it "thinks" it wants from the outer world. This is simply because the ego mind cannot open the door to the Divine...because it is already open! This is the mystery of bliss, that is always here now. The ego gets hypnotized by the urge to find "something" that will make it happy. This is the main distraction to finding bliss and causes all sorts of crazy emotions like anger, frustration, sadness, fear, etc...

The bigger truth however is that even in these moments when your ego is unhappy, you can step back from it all and tap into the bliss of your innermost being. This bliss is who you truly are, and cannot be diluted or tainted by the unhappiness of the ego mind. The bliss of your being is here now, and always. "The bliss of the Creator forever permeates all of creation, and it is only in the forgetting that misery exists."

Aren't you tired yet of this perpetual search for bliss? The ego has been conducting this massive search for lifetimes, by now you must be ready for a break. The good news is that you can stop the suffering right now and discover this bliss inside. You never have to do anything again to experience the bliss of your being. This "Beingness" is simply blissful in its nature. All you need to do is allow yourself to surrender to who and what you truly are, beneath all these thoughts and experiences. If this is too challenging, here are two paths to tap into the bliss of your being everyday!

1.    Daily Meditation. The most fulfilling journey you will ever take is inside of yourself via the path of meditation. Meditating is simply the fine art of watching your thoughts without getting caught up in any stories that the ego is creating. As you continue to be the watcher of your thoughts, something truly amazing will happen. These thoughts slow down and begin to lose their power. You start to see how silly these thoughts and stories truly are. Your mind becomes quieter and quieter. As peace descends upon you, a new feeling emerges, a simple blissfulness that has no rhythm or reason. It simple exists. This is the bliss of your being, the bliss of consciousness itself. 

2. Consciously Living in the "Now". When you consciously choose to live in the now, you naturally experience this pure bliss of being. In the "Now", the stories of the ego fall away and are replaced by the beauty of this moment. Look closely at this moment, and notice that you can experience pure bliss if you remain solely here now. One easy way to fall deeper into the present moment is to focus on what your senses are experiencing in the "Now" moment. Become aware of what you are seeing, feeling, hearing, smelling, and touching. Attuning to your senses focuses your attention on the Divinity that is here. When you are fully present to each activity that you engage in, there is a certain alertness that occurs, and all thought naturally drops away, leaving you with this state of blissful being.

Allow Your Heart To Rule Your Life

Welcome beloveds! We are here to reassure you that all is well and all is perfect around you. Many of you will have spent the past few days “remembering” events, people and places that you have thought about in many cases for years. This is all part of the cleansing and allowing to go, that must happen for the elevation of the human vibration. To allow all to go, to cleanse the heart from all that is stored there is to allow the LOVE that IS to flow freely through your BEing. That is what this next part of the life experience is all about dear ones, for it frees YOU to be who YOU in truth are. 


Many of you have struggled as you tried to keep the emotions and FEELings pent up, to suppress the pain that you have been taught resides in your hearts. This has left many frustrated and angry as the FEELings rise up again and again for clearance. To try to push these FEELings away results in more frustration and so it goes on. For those who trusted in the process and have faith in themselves this will have been an intense time of shifting that which no longer serves. It is in having faith and trust in YOU that the movement through this cleansing is done. 


We come to guide on the process and how to move the human vibration higher. This is a natural process that occurs when living from the heart centre. As more and more is cleared from the heart another veil is lifted, as more veils are lifted the human vibration is heightened. We guide strongly that there is not way around this, it is the clearing and moving of people, events and places from the heart that triggers the elevated vibration, there is no “quick fix”. Illusion teaches that there is no need to do any of this work, that a visit back into the heart will result in more pain and as events over the world have shown it is a depth of teaching that is taken without question by many. As more fear is triggered within the human BEing more close their hearts to the pain that they have been taught lives there. In TRUTH dear ones the way out of pain is through your hearts. 


We are the Andromedans and we ask you to be open to our words of guidance. We sit on the Galactic Council and come through this channel to show UNITY. Many across the planet now accept and embrace the concept of ONENESS and we are here to guide how to reach UNITY. ALL ARE ONE. Many will once more question this channel and question the words that she brings through; we wish to thank her for her openness at channeling an energy that she has not channelled publicly before. Once more we guide humans to be aware of the illusions teaching around judgment. We ask you not to judge the channel but to process our words through your hearts. For it is only within your hearts that you will find TRUTH. Illusion will seek to teach you that only certain channels exist for the channeling of our energies and we guide you strongly to detach from this teaching. 


As many will find over the course of the coming days, weeks and months, many different channels will be sought and used to convey the messages of UNITY that will begin to show across the planet. This channel is but one of those, many channels are contacted but not all channels trust the process nor trust themselves and as yet many have not honored the request from the many different planets to bring through words from energies they do not “usually” connect to. 


We guide now on the connection to energies and wish to guide strongly that ALL can connect to whichever star system energy they wish. All that is needed is the vibration to be able to connect. This is done through the work that humans do on themselves and is through living from the heart. Many will question this guidance and we seek to draw your attention to the teaching of illusion which will teach that rules and regulations are needed before attempting to connect to other energies. We ask who this serves? In a universe full of different energies who sits in judgement of whether YOU can connect to US. For dear ones ALL ARE ONE, that alone gives you all the information YOU need. 


The rules and regulations governing the connection of the human to any other energy in the universe are illusion dear ones. Whilst you are taught that YOU need to do x and Y we ask who decided that this was the case? Why would you be taught that you need to protect yourself from an energy that YOU are part of? ALL ARE ONE dear ones and we guide you to take this into the silence within and ask the questions and listen to the answers. The energy that many across the planet term “reiki” is universal energy, why would you need to follow rules and regulations around the use of this energy? Do plants follow these rules? Do animals? They are all part of the universal energy that exists throughout the universe. 


We guide you to question teachings that are put in place that plant seeds of fear. We see many humans struggle with the teachings they undertake when they begin to realise that they have all the knowledge they need within them. For it is this knowledge that you reconnect to dear ones, it is not a “new” skill that you learn when you use energy, you are reconnecting to life times of work previous to the incarnation that you are currently in. We guide you to process this TRUTH with your heart. There is no one way of working with energy and we see over and over many humans who struggle with this concept. Who are taught that there is only one way and this causes them frustrations when they reconnect to the energies and find that they work in a slightly different way than they were taught. 


Each one of you is unique and each one of you will hold and process energy at a slightly different level and way. There is no one way dear ones, there just IS. For many the frustrations are borne out of following another’s teachings, for many find that the energies begin to work at various levels they have not been guided on from the teachings and this prompts seeds of fear to germinate. This is illusion dear one, there is no right and no wrong, there just IS. If you use a crystalline BEing in a certain way that is different from a colleague then so BE it. That is the way that YOU work uniquely with that crystalline BEing. There is no right and wrong, there just IS. 


Illusion teaches at all times to move the human BEing away from the heart, away from the seat of truth, we guide you to be alert at all times to this and to detach from it. When you are taught that you need to practice energy work for hours at a time or take weeks or years to move through what needs to be learned we guide you to question this. Does this come from the fear that is present within the teacher or does it come straight from illusion? Who sits in judgment of YOU? Who is in place to decide whether or not YOU can connect back into the energy source that YOU are? Who does this serve? 


We expect that many humans reading our words will be triggered and we guide you to look at why the seeds of fear have germinated within YOU at our words. There are no rules and regulations dear ones, there just IS. It is not possible for a human to misuse the energy that they ARE. Energy just IS. LOVE just IS. It is the interpretation of what these are that governs how a human interprets them. It is humans who decide black and white, right and wrong and this is always based on a level of fear. 


The new energies have propelled many humans past where they have been before. These new energies are intense and move humans into their heart centres. It is from here that TRUTH is discerned and that the life experience is created. For those who still choose to use the logical mind, this will be an intense period of nightmare proportions as the mind cannot process emotion and the world will cease to make much sense. Life that is lived from the heart is life lived in TRUTH. That TRUTH is a FEELing, we ask you to FEEL how YOUr life is, to move away from the logical mind that will be driven into working overtime trying to make sense of something that is emotionally based. 


The new world is based on heart living and will make little sense to the mind. When humans FEEL the right way to live, they will be at ONE with the universe and themselves. They will bring themselves into alignment with the universe and miracles will start to happen. Humans who live within the mind will see all that they thought existed begin to crumble as the logical mind will make no sense of the FEELings that are being lived by. This will cause chaos and may send many into panic and lower vibration. We guide you strongly to allow your heart to rule your life. The heart is the instrument of TRUTH, it is the ONLY instrument of TRUTH that human BEings have. Use is wisely dear ones for it is your path home. 


We are the Andromedans and we sit on the Galactic Council. The Council is available for ALL to connect to. When you read words of guidance that perhaps do not make sense to you or you wish to process at a deeper level, then by all means dear ones contact us directly and we will define further for you. Be aware that to fight over the guidance and fight over the channel brings you into illusion. For illusion teaches separation. A human is in no place to judge another human, for ALL ARE ONE. As such all are equal and there is no hierarchy, that is a teaching of illusion who would seek to teach humans that some are above others. We guide you to process our words through your heart. The message of UNITY will come through other channels; we guide you to look for the messages of UNITY as they begin to appear across the planet earth. ALL ARE ONE.

Self-Love is the Foundation of the New Earth

Some of the questions that flicker on the screens of many minds surround love. You may have found yourself wondering exactly what love is and why it is that so much of what might at first seem to be love is actually un-love. You may look around you and see the word "love" used in situations where there is little kindness or compassion. At times the word love is used to explain or justify acts of deception and violence. It’s true, in your world the word love is sometimes used to describe intentions that are the opposite of love. When viewed from this perspective, it’s easy to see how many develop a sense of distrust around the word. 

Our true nature is that of love. As we align our thoughts and actions with this essence of our being, we are able to expand our experience and understanding of unconditional love. This helps us "tune in" the New Earth and send out a frequency that attracts a soulmate. True, unconditional love is the foundation that the New Earth is built upon. Unconditional love begins with loving oneself. 

True Love Begins with Self-love 

True love is at its root self-love. Self-love is love of one's essence, love of the spark or spirit that is life. It is this spark that ties you to all that exists in this universe. Cultivating self-love is cultivating this spark of all-that-is that exists within yourself and all forms of life. 


Self-love is sometimes viewed as "self-centered." Self- centeredness carries with it negative connotations. This is a misunderstanding. Part of wholeness is being centered within yourself. To be centered other than "within yourself" creates imbalances that lead to dependencies, addictions, over-investment in physical reality, and conditions of "un-love." 


Contrary to some threads of belief, loving yourself never gets in the way of loving others. In fact, it is a pre-requisite for truly loving others. Self-love is where love for all others incubates. When you experience oneness with all aspects of yourself, you experience oneness with others. 

The Power of Unconditional Love 

The true vibration of love has nothing to do with negative emotions or lower vibrational intentions. In this way, it’s easy to recognize the feeling state of true love. 


Unconditional love lifts you up. It never brings you down. If you are experiencing pain and suffering around issues of love, you are experiencing un-love. There is no need to be distressed by this. When you recognize you are experiencing un-love, you are a few steps from experiencing unconditional love. All circumstances can be transformed with awareness.

Conscious Awareness, DNA and Energy

Consciousness is not the mind. The mind is purely a logical construct -a tool we developed that assists in our survival as human beings. As part of our defense system, it rationalizes, quantifies, and informs us of our progress during the course of our experiences. Consciousness is not the ego either; it is the essence of our true selves. It is not stuck within the body and can travel easily to other times, places, and realities in both real time and in dreams. 


Our consciousness is superluminal (faster than the speed of light), and is able to bring whatever information or experience we want or need from anywhere in creation. Consciousness is what enters the incipient cells when we are conceived. It carries memories of our previous lifetimes, which is why we have déjà vu. We have been there. It is why we know someone even when meeting them for the first time. We have known them before. 


Consciousness is what reaches out beyond the reality of this here and now and brings intuitive information to us about the past, present, and future. It is that part of us that is ever-diligent and aware of everything in all of creation. Our consciousness is capable of moving mountains, changing the form of matter, and traveling in time and space -and even to other realms of reality. It is able to instigate healing on profound levels by reaching into the consciousness of others and feeling and knowing what they experience. It is our greatest power and our deepest sensitivity. 


Because we have learned to think and communicate logically, our memory of pure consciousness has become tainted during our evolutionary process. We closed the door to awareness of greater realities as a matter of natural course. Now those doors are reopening as awareness returns to us. The Children of Now arrive in our world with those doors partially or wide open, and their consciousness easily does what we have long since forgotten that ours could do. The children’s consciousness remembers who they are and where they have come from, and in turn, that remembering mirrors our true selves. 


Because both consciousness and DNA are comprised of electromagnetic energy, they work in tandem. When our consciousness and our DNA work together, we can operate as intentional conscious observers and participants within all of creation. Our consciousness experiences every level of reality and then communicates those experiences directly to the DNA electromagnetically. (Remember, our DNA receives data from the RNA, processes it, and then communicates those experiences back through the body again via the RNA.) At the same time, the DNA relays those changes to consciousness and back into all of creation. It is an endless cycle, vital not only to our very existence, but how we experience it as well. 


Every thought we have, every word we utter, and every feeling we experience is a form of energy, and thus has a harmonic signature to it. Each signature is a combination of frequencies that, in its completeness, carries specific messages to us and from us. For instance, when we have an experience that is unpleasant, we may have a visceral reaction within our bodies -a leap in our chests or a knot in the pit of our stomachs. Conversely, when we have an experience that is pleasant, our chests “swell up” with the emotions of the moment. Our bodies are reacting to our experiences. 


As the energy frequencies of each experience are communicated through our bodies, those frequencies don’t just affect us physically -they become part of our consciousness. Thus, each experience is recorded or imprinted physically (biologically) and energetically (on our energy fields), and these imprints become part of us and all of creation. Consciousness also communicates directly with DNA, so we are having an etheric and physical existence at once. The result of all of this is that we are no longer as we were the moment before. Our entire makeup has changed, and our energetic, harmonic makeup has adapted to the circumstances. Some of the changes are profound, while others are much more subtle. 


The Children of Now have an even more direct, streamlined, and refined universal communication system, one that skips many of the steps that previous generations needed. The children’s energy fields are living transmitters and receivers. Because of this, some of the children exhibit what seems to be rare giftedness, such as the psychic children in China who perform amazing feats, or the Indigos who communicate along energetic grid pathways. 


The new energy systems of the Children of Now are arrays of living energy. This is similar to having a radio on all of the time that is tuned into all of the stations at once. Some of the children can filter out excess unwanted data, some don’t need to, and some have learned to process all of the information simultaneously because their brains work differently. To the Children of Now, all channels are accessible at the same time and without adjustment to the instrument. Pan-reception! 


Many of the Children of Now exhibit amazing awareness, knowledge, and intuition -in fact, an unlimited array of gifts. They automatically use their consciousness in ways that bring to them and to us answers about life and being beyond time. On the other hand, because of their DNA structure and patterns, the Children of Now are hypersensitive both to their own feelings and to those of the people around them. Their profundity is beyond comprehension, and their compassion informs and energizes their social consciousness. As consciousness embodied -enhanced by the evolution of their DNA -the Children of Now represent a completely new way of being, and they continue to evolve long after they are born. Their energy fields adapt constantly, changing colors and patterns of movement, and becoming lighter and lighter in their overall color spectrums. 


Those children who are supported in their giftedness thrive and create fantastic art, music, and science, and provide insight of unlimited depth. They see the truth of our being as humans never have before, and have the ability to express those perceptions with great love and sensitivity. Unfortunately, many of the Children of Now are not being heard. Their profundities are being brushed aside as fantasy or vast imagination. The truth is that their perceptions and experiences are very real!

Ο,τι κι αν οραματίζεστε σαν ομορφιά, χαρά κι ευτυχία ως μετάβαση στον παράδεισο, θα λέγαμε οτι θα μένατε κατάπληκτοι από το απόλυτο μεγαλείο των πάντων εκεί. Όπου κι αν πηγαίνετε εκεί θα είστε στο επίκεντρο πολλής αγάπης και προσοχής από όλες τις μορφές ζωής. Μπορεί να νομίζετε ότι έχετε βιώσει την αγάπη, αλλά να περιμένετε πολλές εκπλήξεις. Ενώ είστε στη Γη, έχετε μεγάλες δυσκολίες όσον αφορά το ξεπέρασμα των κατώτερων δονήσεων, που είναι η αιτία που λίγες ψυχές καταφέρνουν την Ανάληψη χωρίς τεράστια βοήθεια. Στην παρούσα κατάστασή σας λαμβάνετε επίπεδα βοήθειας που κανονικά δεν δίνονται, είναι όμως έτσι επειδή ο Δημιουργός επιθυμεί όσο γίνεται περισσότεροι από σας να αναληφθούν αυτή την περίοδο. Σε τελική ανάλυση είναι μια ιδιαίτερη περίσταση που επιτρέπει μαζική Ανάληψη, καθώς ο κύκλος της δυαδικότητας τελειώνει για όλες τις μορφές ζωής στη Μητέρα Γη. Όπως πρέπει να ξέρετε ήδη, αυτό δεν σας στερεί ωστόσο το θεικό σας δικαίωμα να ακολουθήσετε ό,τι επιλέξετε με την ελεύθερη βούλησή σας. Με τις πράξεις, τα λόγια και την πρόθεσή σας, εσείς είστε που αποφασίζετε ποιά θα είναι η εμπειρία σας. Τίποτα δεν μπορεί να παραμείνει ακίνητο, και παρόλο που οι Σκοτεινοί θα ήθελαν να σας κρατήσουν υπό τον έλεγχό τους για πάντα, αυτό είναι αδύνατο. Κάθε πολιτισμός έχει μια χρονική περίοδο για να αναπτυχθεί και να έχει εμπειρίες, και η ιστορία σας δείχνει ότι όλοι οι παλιότεροι πολιτισμοί σας κατέρευσαν. Ωστόσο, τα μαθήματα που πάρθηκαν μεταφέρθηκαν σε υποσυνείδητο επίπεδο, και ο τωρινός πολιτισμός σας φορτίσθηκε με την ιδέα του να κλείσει τον κύκλο του χωρίς να αυτοκαταστραφεί. Χωρίς τη δική μας ανάμιξη σε πρόσφατους καιρούς θα μπορούσατε εύκολα να είχατε αποτύχει, και μας είχε δοθεί η εξουσία να βεβαιωθούμε ότι οι ψυχές που ήταν έτοιμες να αναληφθούν, θάπρεπε να είχαν αυτή την ευκαιρία. Στη δυαδικότητα, τα υψηλά και χαμηλά σημεία της εξέλιξής σας έρχονται και πάνε σύμφωνα με το επίπεδο της συνειδητότητας της μάζας. Έχοντας βυθιστεί σε πολύ χαμηλό σημείο πρόσφατα, έχετε ξεπεράσει τις απόπειρες (της Σκοτεινής Πλευράς) να κρατηθείτε κάτω και τώρα είστε για τα καλά στο δρόμο σας προς ένα επιτυχές φινάλε.

Μιλάτε συχνά για άτομα που ζουν στον δικό τους μικρόκοσμο, αλλά αυτό είναι αρκετά δεκτό σ’αυτούς τους καιρούς κι αυτό είναι προτιμότερο από το να είναι σε σύγχιση με όλα όσα συμβαίνουν γύρω σας. Μείνετε σταθεροί σ’αυτό που πιστεύετε και μην επιτρέπετε σε εξωτερικές επιρροές να σας αποπροσανατολίζουν. Διατηρείστε ένα διαυγή νου όσον αφορά τους αντικειμενικούς σκοπούς σας. Με αυτό τον τρόπο μπορείτε να δημιουργήσετε μια εξωτερική προστασία που σας επιτρέπει να είστε μέσα στον κόσμο αλλά όχι να ανήκετε σ’αυτόν. Αυτό είναι απόλυτα εντάξει και είναι επιθυμητό. Αυτό δεν σημαίνει ότι δεν μπορείτε να είστε ενεργοί σε πράγματα που έχουν ενδιαφέρον για σας, αλλά βεβαιωθείτε ότι αυτά είναι ανώτερης δόνησης. Ο,τιδήποτε λιγότερο, τώρα είναι για να φεύγει ως μέρος του προσωπικού σας καθαρισμού, κι αυτό ισχύει επίσης για τις σκέψεις σας. Διατηρείστε τις καθαρές κι αγνές, καθώς σε διαφορετική περίπτωση ο,τιδήποτε σκέπτεστε συχνά θα τραβηχτεί προς εσάς. Να σκέπτεστε την Ανάληψη, κι όσο είναι δυνατόν να είστε αυτό το πρόσωπο που περιμένετε ότι θα είστε μετά την εξύψωσή σας.

Εκείνοι που δεν πιστεύουν στην Ανάληψη ή γενικά τις προφητείες της Νέας Εποχής, συχνά θα καταφύγουν στη γελοιοποίηση όταν έλθουν αντιμέτωποι με τα γεγονότα. Είναι δική σας επιλογή να επιτρέψετε τέτοια σχόλια να περάσουν πάνω από το κεφάλι σας, και με το να μείνετε ανεπηρέαστοι από αυτά, δείχνετε τη δύναμη της πεποίθησής σας. Είναι διαφορετικό αν σας ζητηθεί να συζητήσετε την άποψή σας, αλλά τα Φωτεινά Όντα δεν χρησιμοποιούν τη γνώση τους για να πιέσουν μια άλλη ψυχή να πιστέψει τα ίδια μ’εκείνα. Ο καθένας τελικά θα βρει το δικό του μονοπάτι, κι αυτό ξεκάθαρα είναι το καλύτερο γι αυτόν. Όταν έχετε προχωρήσει αρκετά μπορεί να εμφανιστεί ο Διδάσκαλος, κι αυτό σηματοδοτεί ότι έχετε φτάσει σε υψηλό επίπεδο κατανόησης. Τίποτα δεν θα σας επιβληθεί, αλλά απλώς θα στρωθεί μπροστά σας για την έγκρισή σας.

Σύντομα θα διαπιστώσετε το επίπεδο της συνειδητότητάς σας σημαντικά ανεβασμένο, και θα ξέρετε πέραν κάθε αμφιβολίας ότι η πρόοδός σας επιταχύνεται. Αυτό θα σας επιτρέψει να μπείτε στο 2012 με αυτοπεποίθηση γνωρίζοντας ότι βρίσκεστε για τα καλά στο δρόμο σας προς την Πλήρη Συνειδητότητα. Τότε θα συνειδητοποιήσετε πόσο χαμηλά είχαν κρατηθεί στο παρελθόν τα επίπεδά σας, έτσι ώστε είσασταν κυριολεκτικά στο σκοτάδι. Μερικές ψυχές παραδέρνουν ακόμη σε χαμηλό επίπεδο, κι έχουν αντιληφθεί ότι κάτι παράξενο συμβαίνει που τους κάνει να νιώθουν άβολα. Τα βάσανά τους δεν αγνοούνται και θα έχουν ευκαιρίες να αναζητήσουν την αλήθεια, κι από τη στιγμή που δείξουν ενδιαφέρον, θα τους δοθεί περισσότερη βοήθεια.

The Power of Giving

It was a really hot summer’s day many years ago. I was on my way to pick up two items at the grocery store. In those days, I was a frequent visitor to the supermarket because there never seemed to be enough money for a whole week’s food-shopping at once.

You see, my young wife, after a tragic battle with cancer, had died just a few months earlier. There was no insurance -- just many expenses and a mountain of bills. I held a part-time job, which barely generated enough money to feed my two young children. Things were bad -- really bad.

And so it was that day, with a heavy heart and four dollars in my pocket, I was on my way to the supermarket to purchase a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread. The children were hungry and I had to get them something to eat. As I came to a red traffic light, I noticed on my right a young man, a young woman and a child on the grass next to the road. The blistering noonday sun beat down on them without mercy.

The man held up a cardboard sign which read, "Will Work for Food." The woman stood next to him. She just stared at the cars stopped at the red light. The child, probably about two years old, sat on the grass holding a one-armed doll. I noticed all this in the thirty seconds it took for the traffic light to change to green.

I wanted so desperately to give them a few dollars, but if I did that, there wouldn’t be enough left to buy the milk and bread. Four dollars will only go so far. As the light changed, I took one last glance at the three of them and sped off feeling both guilty (for not helping them) and sad (because I didn’t have enough money to share with them).

As I kept driving, I couldn’t get the picture of the three of them out of my mind. The sad, haunting eyes of the young man and his family stayed with me for about a mile. I could take it no longer. I felt their pain and had to do something about it. I turned around and drove back to where I had last seen them.

I pulled up close to them and handed the man two of my four dollars. There were tears in his eyes as he thanked me. I smiled and drove on to the supermarket. Perhaps both milk and bread would be on sale, I thought. And what if I only got milk alone, or just the bread? Well, it would have to do.

I pulled into the parking lot, still thinking about the whole incident, yet feeling good about what I had done. As I stepped out of the car, my foot slid on something on the pavement. There by my feet was a twenty-dollar bill. I just couldn’t believe it. I looked all around, picked it up with awe, went into the store and purchased not only bread and milk, but several other items I desperately needed.

I never forgot that incident. It reminded me that the universe was strange and mysterious. It confirmed my belief that you could never out give the universe. I gave away two dollars and got twenty in return. On my way back from the supermarket, I drove by the hungry family and shared five additional dollars with them.

This incident is only one of many that have occurred in my life. It seems that the more we give, the more we get. It is, perhaps, one of those universal laws that say, "If you want to receive, you must first give."

There is a little rhyme that goes like this:

"A man there was, and they called him mad,
the more he gave, the more he had."

Most times, we think that we don’t have anything to give. Yet, if we look more closely, we’ll see that even the little we have could be shared with others. Let us not wait for a time when we think we’ll have lots and then we’ll give. By giving and sharing the little we have, we open up the storehouse of the universe and permit rivers of good to come our way.

Don’t take my word for it. Just honestly try to give and you’ll be surprised at the results. Generally, the returns do not come back from those we give to. It comes back from sources we could hardly imagine. So give your way to riches.

Take a chance on this universal principle. Take a chance on yourself. Universal principles always work. Sometimes the return from giving happens very quickly as in the true story above. Other times, it takes much longer. But be assured of this: Give and you will receive -- and you’ll receive lots more than you ever gave.

And when you give, don’t do it with a heart of fear, but with a heart full of gratitude. You will be amazed at how it all works out. Open the gates of affluence in your life by giving a bit of what you have to those in need. As the great Teacher said, .Give and it will be given unto you…

Ζώντας στην 5η Διάσταση κι Εγκαταλείποντας τις Πλάνες της 3ης Διάστασης

Αγαπημένοι, αυτό το κανάλι (Celia Fenn) έρχεται σε σας μετά από αιτήματα των Εργατών του Φωτός (lightworkers) για να κατανοήσουν τη φύση της ενέργειας αυτή τη στιγμή, και γιατί το βρίσκετε τόσο δύσκολο να τα βγάλετε πέρα με τη ζωή. Τίποτα δεν φαίνεται να λειτουργεί πια. Νιώθετε απροστάτευτοι κι εγκαταλειμμένοι σε πολλές περιπτώσεις. Είστε εξαντλημένοι και ανήσυχοι, και νιώθετε σαν να μη μπορείτε να συνεχίσετε πια. Αυτό λοιπόν είναι αρκετά αληθινό. Δεν μπορείτε να συνεχίσετε πια να ζείτε με έναν τρόπο που είναι πρωταρχικά τριτο-διαστασιακός. Η Γη έχει κάνει τη μετάβασή της και είναι τώρα σταθερά αγκυροβολημένη στην 5η Διάσταση. Κι όμως οι περισσότεροι από σας συνεχίζουν με τις τριτο-διαστασιακές ζωές τους σαν να μη συνέβη τίποτα.

Γνωρίζουμε ότι οι περισσότεροι από σας περιμένετε ότι θα ξυπνήσετε μια μέρα και θα δείτε και θα νιώσετε τις αλλαγές. Αλλά όχι, μέρος του ρόλου σας ως Εργατών του Φωτός είναι ότι εσείς οι ίδιοι θα δημιουργήσετε τις αλλαγές. Είναι στο χέρι σας να αρχίσετε να ζείτε την αλήθεια και την πραγματικότητα της 5^ης Διάστασης.

Διατηρώντας την πλάνη της 3^ης Διάστασης είναι αυτό που προκαλεί το στρες και την εξάντληση ανάμεσά σας. Οι κλονιζόμενες και σε κατάσταση αποσύνθεσης δομές της τέως 3^ης Διάστασης δεν είναι πια αρκετές για να στηρίξουν τη ζωή σας. Το χρήμα και η οικονομία δεν στηρίζουν πια τη ζωή σας όπως κάποτε. Οι σχέσεις δεν παρέχουν πια τη στήριξη και την ασφάλεια που παρείχαν κάποτε. Τα υλικά σώματά σας είναι κουρασμένα και νιώθουν σαν να μη μπορούν να συνεχίσουν. Και θα σας λέγαμε, ναι πράγματι, είναι ώρα να αφεθείτε και να αγκαλιάσετε πλήρως τη νέα πραγματικότητά σας.

Αυτό όμως που είναι ακόμα πιο εξαντλητικό για πολλούς από σας ως Εργάτες του Φωτός, είναι η συνεχής ταλάντευση μεταξύ διαστασιακών πραγματικοτήτων. Ζείτε τη νέα πραγματικότητά σας, κι όμως τραβιέστε ακόμα στο παλιό πλαίσιο πραγματικότητας στο οποίο ζουν εκείνοι γύρω σας. Η συνεχής μετατόπιση πλαισίων και προοπτικών είναι ένας άλλος παράγοντας που συμβάλλει στην εξάντλησή σας, την ανησυχία σας και το αίσθημα ότι είστε απροστάτευτοι.

Αγαπημένοι, καταλαβαίνουμε ότι οι περισσότεροι από σας είστε κάπως σε σύγχυση σχετικά με τη νέα σας πραγματικότητα, κι εύχεστε να είχατε κάποιο είδος «Εγχειριδίου Οδηγιών» για να σας βοηθήσει στην πορεία. Θα σας προσφέρουμε λοιπόν κάποιες κατευθυντήριες γραμμές εδώ, αλλά πρωταρχικά σας ζητάμε να καταλάβετε πόσο ασταθής κι αλλοπρόσαλλη είναι η πραγματικότητά σας επι του παρόντος. Οι άνθρωποι είναι σε σύγχυση κι αβεβαιότητα. Εκείνοι που δεν έχουν επίγνωση για τη διαδικασία της Ανάληψης δεν έχουν καμμιά εξήγηση γι αυτά που συμβαίνουν στη ζωή τους, και νιώθουν το περισσότερο στρες κι ανησυχία, επειδή βλέπουν μόνο την αποσύνθεση και το χάος. Η σύγχυση και η δυστυχία μεγαλώνουν όλο και περισσότερο μέσα τους. Καταλάβετε όμως ότι καθώς αυτοί βιώνουν αυτά τα συναισθήματα, έρχονται όλο και πιο κοντά στην ‘αφύπνιση’ και στην κατανόηση του τι είναι αληθινό, και να αρχίσουν να δημιουργούν τη νέα πραγματικότητα μαζί σας.

Εδώ θα σας προσφέρουμε εν συντομία μια κατανόηση της πραγματικότητας στην 5^η Διάσταση. Η πιο σημαντική διαφορά ανάμεσα στην πραγματικότητα της 3^ης και της 5^ης Διάστασης είναι μια αλλαγή στη φύση του Χρόνου και του Χώρου και στο πως αυτά γίνονται αντιληπτά από σας. Ο Χρόνος και ο Χώρος ήταν σταθερές πραγματικότητες στην 3^η Διάσταση. Στην 5^η Διάσταση αυτά είναι ρευστά και βιώνονται ως αυταπάτες σε μεγάλο βαθμό.

Ο Χρόνος στην 5^η Διάσταση γίνεται αντιληπτός ως το Αιώνιο ΤΩΡΑ ή παρόν. Οι κύκλοι της ημέρας και της νύχτας κατανοούνται ως μηχανικοί σηματοδότες κύκλων ύπαρξης, που όμως δεν έχουν κανένα αληθινό αποτέλεσμα ή δύναμη πάνω στο δημιουργικό δυναμικό του Τώρα. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι αυτό που νιώθετε και βιώνετε στην παρούσα στιγμή είναι η μόνη ουσιαστικά σημαντική εμπειρία. Το παρελθόν και το μέλλον δεν έχουν καμμια σχέση. Αυτό που δημιουργείτε και βιώνετε αυτή τη στιγμή είναι το ποιος και τι είστε και τι θα είστε, εκτός αν αλλάξετε την πρόθεσή σας.

Από τη στιγμή που έχετε κατανοήσει αυτή την αρχή πλήρως, θα κατανοήσετε και το πώς θα αντιμετωπίσετε την αίσθησή σας ότι δεν υπάρχει ποτέ αρκετός χρόνος για να πραγματοποιήσετε αυτά που χρειάζετε να κάνετε. Εστιάστε στην παρούσα στιγμή, βιώστε την πλήρως στην αμεσότητά της, και θα ανακαλύψετε ότι ο χρόνος θα απλωθεί για σας μέχρι την αιωνιότητα. Ναι, ακούγεται μαγικό, αλλά η 5^η Διάσταση είναι ένα μαγικό μέρος! Και να ξέρετε ότι αυτό στο οποίο εστιάζετε την προσοχή σας θα γίνεται όλο και ισχυρότερο και θα εκδηλωθεί στη ζωή σας, καθώς αποκτάτε όλο και περισσότερο επίγνωση για τη δύναμή σας ως δημιουργών μέσα στην 5^η Διάσταση.

Το ίδιο ισχύει για τον Χώρο. Θα βλέπετε όλο και περισσότερο ότι ο χώρος και η απόσταση είναι απλώς αυταπάτες του υλικού πεδίου. Είστε πάντα και άμεσα συνδεδεμένοι με τους άλλους που είναι η οικογένεια της ψυχής και της καρδιάς σας, άσχετα με το πού μπορεί να βρίσκονται στον πλανήτη. Το Ιντερνέτ σας έχει διδάξει μ’ένα φυσικό τρόπο πώς μπορεί να γεφυρωθεί η αυταπάτη του χώρου. Σύντομα θα καταλάβετε ότι μέσα σας έχετε την ικανότητα να διατηρείτε αυτούς τους συνδέσμους τηλεπαθητικά με εκείνους που είστε συνδεδεμένοι.

Και μετά από αυτή την κατανόηση θα έλθει η κατανόηση ότι κάθε άνθρωπος είναι πάντα συνδεδεμένος με κάθε άλλο άνθρωπο στο ενεργειακό επίπεδο, κι ότι αυτό που αποκαλείτε «πλανήτη» δεν είναι τίποτα άλλο παρά μια μεγάλη συν-δημιουργία όλων των όντων πάνω σ’αυτόν τον πλανήτη, περιλαμβάνοντας τα ζώα και τα μη-αισθανόμενα όντα. Στην πραγματικότητα, ένας πλανήτης είναι ένας μεγάλος δημιουργικός «κόμβος» όπου πολλοί δημιουργοί-«θεοί» εργάζονται μαζί για να παράγουν μια «συναινετική» πραγματικότητα. Από τη στιγμή που το καταλαβαίνετε αυτό πλήρως, θα αρχίσετε να καταλαβαίνετε πώς να χρησιμοποιείτε την Παραδεισιακή Μήτρα (Paradise Matrix) που έχει στηθεί με σκοπό να συν-δημιουργήσετε τον Παράδεισο της 5^ης Διάστασης, που ήταν το πρωταρχικό σχέδιο για τον πλανήτη.

Από τη στιγμή που καταλαβαίνετε αυτές τις αρχές, μπορείτε να προχωρήσετε στην Περιπέτεια της Ανάπτυξης του Δημιουργικού Τώρα! Καταλάβετε ότι η πραγματικότητά σας θα φαίνεται οτι κινείται πιο γρήγορα, επειδή η δόνησή σας είναι τώρα υψηλότερη. Τα γεγονότα θα ξεδιπλώνονται ταχύτερα. Τα πράγματα θα αλλάζουν γρήγορα. Θα χρειαστεί να είστε εύκαμπτοι κι ανοικτοί σε γρήγορες αλλαγές. Θα χρειαστεί να έχετε πλήρη εμπιστοσύνη στο ότι η Ανώτερη Πλευρά σας που είναι σε σύνδεση με το Πνεύμα γνωρίζει τι χρειάζεστε και πού να σας πάει, κι ότι μπορείτε να ακολουθήσετε αυτό το ξεδίπλωμα με εμπιστοσύνη.

Και τελικά, θα χρειαστεί να είστε σε επαφή με το Δημιουργικό Πάθος σας! Αυτό είναι το μόνο πράγμα που θα σας πάει μπροστά αυτή την ώρα. Αλλιώς θα τελματωθείτε. Στην 5^η Διάσταση δεν θα προωθείστε πια κατά μήκος των «τροχιών» της καριέρας και της εργασίας που κάποτε σας στήριζαν. Τώρα είναι η ενέργεια και η κίνηση του δημιουργικού πάθους σας που θα σας πηγαίνει μπροστά. Είστε διατεθειμένοι να εγκαταλείψετε τις παλιές δομές και να μπείτε στη ροή νέων δημιουργιών και νέων πραγματικοτήτων; Ο βαθμός στον οποίο μένετε προσκολλημένοι σε παλιές δομές θα είναι ευθέως ανάλογος με το μέγεθος της ανησυχίας και του στρες που θα νιώθετε. Μόνο όταν συνδέεστε με τη ροή του Δημιουργικού Πάθους θα προχωράτε στο δικό σας Δημιουργικό Ξεδίπλωμα. Κι αυτή είναι η αληθινή ουσία της Πολυ-Διαστασιακής εμπειρίας του Ποιοί Είστε, που είναι το δώρο του νέου σας Πεμπτο-Διαστασιακού Πλανήτη.

Ελπίζουμε ότι αυτό το μήνυμα θα σας βοηθήσει να κατανοήσετε τις προκλήσεις της παρούσας στιγμής και να κινηθείτε πιο γρήγορα μέσω αυτής της μετάβασης στην πλήρη Πεμπτο-Διαστασιακή δημιουργική χαρά.

• Every being is a divine and eternal soul living in a temporal body. Every being was alive before birth and will live after death.
• Every soul enters into physical life for the purpose of experience and education, that it may, in the course of many lifetimes, learn its true identity as a fragment of the Divine.

• Life itself is a constant process of spiritual evolution and unfoldment, based on free choice, that continues until such time as we realize our true nature and return to the Divine from which we came.

• No soul enters life to serve another, except by choice, but to serve its own purpose and that of the Divine from which it came.

• All life is governed by natural and universal laws which precede and outweigh the laws of humanity. These laws, such as the law of karma, the law of attraction, and the law of free will, are decreed by God to order existence and assist each person to achieve life’s purpose.

• No government can or should survive that derives its existence from the enforced submission of its people or that denies its people their basic rights and freedoms.

• Life is a movement from one existence to another, in varied venues throughout the universe and in other universes and dimensions of existence. We are not alone in the universe but share it with other civilizations, most of them peace-loving, many of whom are more advanced than we are, some of whom can be seen with our eyes and some of whom cannot.

• The evidence of our five senses is not the final arbiter of existence. Humans are spiritual as well as physical entities and the spiritual side of life transcends the physical. God is a Spirit and the final touchstone of God’s Truth is not physical but spiritual. The Truth is to be found inward.

• God is One and, because of this, souls are One. They form a unity. They are meant to live in peace and harmony together in a “common unity” or community. The use of force to settle affairs runs contrary to natural law. Every person should have the right to conduct his or her own affairs without force, as long as his or her choices do not harm another.

• No person shall be forced into marriage against his or her will. No woman shall be forced to bear or not bear children, against her will. No person shall be forced to hold or not hold views or worship in a manner contrary to his or her choice. Nothing vital to existence shall be withheld from another if it is within the community’s power to give.

• Every person shall retain the ability to think, speak, and act as they choose, as long as they not harm another. Every person has the right to choose, study and practice the education and career of their choice without interference, provided they not harm another.

• No one has the right to kill another. No one has the right to steal from another. No one has the right to force himself or herself upon another in any way.

• Any government that harms its citizens, deprives them of their property or rights without their consent, or makes offensive war upon its neighbors, no matter how it misrepresents the situation, has lost its legitimacy. No government may govern without the consent of its people. All governments are tasked with seeing to the wellbeing of their citizens. Any government which forces its citizens to see to its own wellbeing without attending to theirs has lost its legitimacy.

• Men and women are meant to live fulfilling lives, free of want, wherever they wish and under the conditions they desire, providing their choices do not harm another and are humanly attainable.

• Children are meant to live lives under the beneficent protection of all, free of exploitation, with unhindered access to the necessities of life, education, and health care.

• All forms of exploitation, oppression, and persecution run counter to universal and natural law. All disagreements are meant to be resolved amicably.

• Any human law that runs counter to natural and universal law is invalid and should not survive. The enactment or enforcement of human law that runs counter to natural and universal law brings consequences that cannot be escaped, in this life or another. While one may escape temporal justice, one does not escape divine justice.

• All outcomes are to the greater glory of God and to God do we look for the fulfillment of our needs and for love, peace, and wisdom. So let it be. Aum/Amen.

Pranayama is an exact science. It is the fourth Anga or limb of Ashtanga Yoga. It is the regulation of breath or control of Prana.

Pranayama steadies the mind, augments the gastric fire, energises digestion, invigorates the nerves, destroys the Rajas, destroys all diseases, removes all laziness, makes the body light and healthy and awakens Kundalini.

Pranayama should be practiced when the stomach is empty. Be regular in your practice. Do not take bath immediately after the practice. Do not practise Kumbhaka or retention of breath in the beginning. Have only slow and mild Puraka (inhalation) and Rechaka (exhalation). Do not strain the breath beyond your capacity. Keep the ratio for Puraka, Kumbhaka and Rechaka as 1:4:2. Exhale very very slowly.

Sit on Padma, Siddha or Sukha Asana. Keep the head, neck and trunk in a straight line. Inhale slowly through the left nostril and retain the breath according to the ratio, then exhale slowly through the right nostril. This is half process of Pranayama. Then inhale through the right nostril, retain and exhale through the left nostril. Do not retain the breath for more than one or two minutes.

Do 10 or 20 Pranayamas according to your capacity. Do not fatigue yourself. Increase the number gradually. You can go up to 16:64:32. This is Sukhapurvaka or easy comfortable Pranayama.

Practise Sitali in summer. This will purify your blood and cool the system too. Practise Bhastrika in winter. This will cure asthma and consumption. Repeat ’Om’ or ‘Rama’ mentally during the practice. Observe Brahmacharya and diet-control. You will derive maximum benefits and will quickly purify the Nadis or nerves.

Prana and mind are intimately related to each other. If you control Prana, the mind will also be controlled. If you control the mind, the Prana will be automatically controlled. Prana is related to mind, and through it to will and through will to the individual soul and through individual soul to the Supreme Soul.

Start the practice this very second in right earnest. Control the breath and calm the mind. Steady the breath and enter Samadhi. Restrain the breath and lengthen the life. Subdue the breath and become a Yogi, a dynamo of power, peace, bliss and happiness.
